Rents increase is crazy for the oldest building in the area...over $600 :(No longer a luxury living; terrible unsafe apartment. Anyone can walk in.

Maintenance team is very professional. We never have to wait long for them to respond to any maintenance request we submitted. They also always clean up the area they repaired. We see them constantly busy working around the building/garage.
