I would give zero stars if I could. Placed an express pick up order 3 days ago which was never acknowledged by anyone at the store. Decided to go in and the singular employee who seems very uninformed about many things couldn’t find any history of my order in the system. Spent 2 hours cancelling and reordering. He tried charging me a set up fee although no set up was needed. He also insisted that there was a “new rule” stating that all phones must be opened and set up in store with or without a fee, which was not the case. The process was done with him on FaceTime with a more knowledgeable employee. I watched 5 customers leave the store due to wait time since this one employee was running the store on his own. I have no problem being patient with employees in training but I don’t think it’s acceptable to leave them to run the store on their own.

I went here today after I stopped by a few other Verizon stores. The stuff at this location is the best! They’re very polite and helpful. They took all the time to help me. Very patient.

I went to Verizon store in Wayne in Hamburg Turnpike to get a liquid screen protector for my new iPhone Pro Max. I was assisted by Stacy. She was very accommodating and very knowledgeable about her job. I was very satisfied with the service. Me and my friend always go there to have our iPhone serviced when we need it.

Went there to enquire about the 5G home internet. There was 1 rep helping a lady and another gentlemen sitting at the table charging his phone. I stood there for about 10 minutes and got no acknowledgement... not even a comment like "I'll be right with you" or "Please give me 5 mins"... NOTHING. So I walked out and sticking with T-Mobile.

"Verizon Store: Need More Than a Quote to Get the 'Veri-good' Phone Deal!"Oh, where do I even begin with my recent experience at the Verizon store? Let's just say, if wasting hours of your life and having your hopes dashed sounds like a good time, this is the place for you!First things first, let's talk about the false quote debacle. I walked into the store all excited, thinking I had hit the jackpot with an amazing deal. Little did I know, I was about to embark on a journey of frustration and disappointment. The employee who helped me confidently quoted me a price for the phone I wanted. I was thrilled! I practically skipped out of the store, picturing myself with my new shiny device. Oh, how foolish I was.Fast forward to the next day when I returned to collect my phone. Surprise, surprise! The price I was given turned out to be nothing more than a cruel joke. The worker who assisted me in-store stared at me blankly, as if the concept of customer service was completely foreign to him. He had no idea why his colleague had given me that quote. Great, just great.Now, let's talk about the staffing situation. There was only one person running the entire store. Yes, you read that right. One poor soul attempting to juggle multiple customers, phone calls, and the occasional confused gerbil walking in looking for a new data plan. Needless to say, the wait time was outrageously long. I could have written a novel, taken up knitting, or even invested in a small business during the eternity I spent waiting for my turn.In all honesty, I would have rather gone on a scenic hike, read an instruction manual for a blender, or even watched paint dry than endure the frustration and wasted time at this Verizon store. The false quote fiasco and the lack of competent staff left a sour taste in my mouth.So, my fellow adventurers in the cellular universe, if you value your time, sanity, and hard-earned money, I implore you to steer clear of this particular Verizon store. There are better ways to appreciate the irony of life and find humor in unfortunate situations. This is not one of them.

These guys called me up and asked me to come in to upgrade. I got there and we discussed how I would trade in 5 IPhone 13 for IPhone 15 pros for only 27cents more for phone. I also had one 13pro which he claimed I would have to upgrade my plan for $12 a month to get the rebate for that. I said why does the better phone get less of a rebate that makes no sense to which he agreed. But I agreed to the terms. Fast forward a week I go to pick up my phones after waiting for an hour and a half the salesman brings them out and starts to go over it and says I’m sorry we can’t do that deal I don’t know why he told you what he did. I know why it’s because he’s an idiot and it was probably an unethical attempt to get me the buy the phones at the increased price. Either way these guys are a fraud don’t waste your time like I did. Don't be fooled by the computer generated response nobody will get back to you!! Just to Update no contact from ownership after a week. Several excessive charges on my account looks like I need to get my Attorney involved.

⭐ "Extremely Disappointing Service ⭐I visited the Verizon store today with the intention of discussing my needs with an agent. However, my entire experience was nothing short of neglect and indifference. Upon entering, I patiently waited for assistance for a good 5 minutes, during which time the agent was engrossed in a conversation with another customer – a mother and her daughter.Not only did I not receive a simple greeting or acknowledgment, but when I decided to leave due to the apparent lack of interest in my presence, nobody seemed to notice or care. It's truly disheartening when a potential customer is made to feel invisible.Customer service should be about making everyone feel valued, but sadly, this was not the case during my visit. I had anticipated a basic greeting and an assurance that I would be assisted once the current interaction was finished. However, it seems this was too much to ask.This experience has left me with a poor impression of Verizon's customer service, and I will be exploring other options for my needs. It's disappointing to witness such a lack of courtesy and professionalism in a service-oriented establishment.
