This dealership is definitely the best in the area. David was an amazing salesman who made the purchase of my new car easy and stress free. He was very knowledgeable in acura vehicles, answering any questions I had, and went above and beyond fulfilling any requests. Scott was very patient in explaining the paperwork and closing the deal. Would definitely recommend others to buy a vehicle from this location in the future.

Amazing experience! This was the most pleasant dealership experience I've ever had. Gabriela was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I needed. Both Gabriela and her manager were very helpful and for the first time ever I didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of at a dealership. Elvis, the financing agent, was also great! The whole team was friendly, professional, and mindful of my time. I highly recommend Open Road Acura in Wayne!

They sold me a new car with an incorrect title. The car is silver but the title said red. Open Road Acura told me they would fix it with the state but did not.
I called them 12 times to get their incorrect title fixed. They kept passing me onto someone else. Every time they said it would be taken care of but not one person there did anything.
After 6 months of them doing NOTHING, except lying, I had to send a letter via overnight (to prove delivery). From that letter, their Controller/CFO called me and they said that they needed the title to send it to the state. Once the actual process started to correct the title, it took about a month.
Clearly they don’t want repeat business or referrals. Don’t ask me to call you to address this as I did that 12 times.
The buying process was simple and the salesperson was easy to work with. We made an appointment to test drive a specific car and had it confirmed in email, but they didn’t have the appointment and the car was blocked in.
When we took delivery on the car, it was prepped and ready. Looking under the hood when we got home, there were a lot of tree leaves and acorns stuffed into the engine compartment. So much so that removing them filled an entire bucket. Clearly, that should have been checked and cleaned.

Antonio Richards was extremely helpful. I bought my first car and he did an amazing job in insisting me but also no pressure. I highly recommend Antonio because of his amazing job in being helpful but also being a good listener. 10/10!!

I am just getting around to sharing my experience at Open Road Acura my salesperson was Art and he was amazing I went in for an oil change on my 22 Acura RDX and being that my lease was due soon the dealership asked if I was interested in turning it in now for a new vehicle I expressed that I had no money to put down because I was only here for an oil change, however Art worked diligently to assist me in getting into a 24 RDX the exact one I wanted he was very polite, nice and kind and not pushy like most salespeople can be. Art even gave me a tutorial on my new RDX (which I love by the way) will definitely be back for my next purchase and highly recommend working with Art again he is very professional and personable.
