Went to purchase a golf sand wedge and was told this store doesn't sell individual clubs and only golf club sets. So website is INCORRECT OR employee did not know his store sells individual clubs. So don't go to this store.

Very limited sales associates in the shoe department. I picked 4 different kinds of sneakers and they didn’t have my size in any. Total waist of time. That will be the last time I ever try and buy sneakers from there.

I went to buy cleats for my upcoming season in professional soccer and the worker was great I asked him if I could try the cleats my eyes were on and he got me one size 11 shoe and I couldn’t get the other one thats size 11 tied to the wall because the manager said that I’d have to buy it if they’ll untie it and it really disappointed me great store and equipments that are under bad managers I didn’t manage to get it because the manager didn’t want me to satisfy his clients which that is his job. And for me it’s no problem I can buy 100 of them but the manager actions what disappointed me thank you I will never return again

I purchased a mountain bike GT aggressor. This bike is so far so good on the road of 5 out of five. What was conflicting was? Management did not know their own policies on purchasing bikes. So one thing is they do not release bikes without an inspection by the mechanic online it says and I quote it is up to the discretion of the customer and if anything happens it's on the customer that you cannot return the bike after 24 hours if somebody else inspects this bike. We told them we had no issues with that policy. Went to an island. Alan gave us a conflicting story about being a lost prevention manager and all this was told by him the other manager was more clear cut so at this point I purchased the bike

They cant find the correct shoes after i made it home, they wont ship with free expedited mail since im going on vacation soon, they wont let me purchase a different color so i can return the wrong paired shoes in a different color box, and they wont let me return the shoes without the box since i threw it out. Spent 20 minutes, 5 transfers, never got to speak with a manager.

I picked out a jacket with a 50 dollar tag. when scanned it came up 60 that's definitely theft if it we're a person with money they would of been scammed and I only had 50 bucks to spend

Same complaints as other reviewers, even though they have a great selection , there are no employees to be found to help you. This location is huge and there is a lot of parking available. I would just think twice about going on on the weekends

Their manager Andre is super rude with all the kids. I understand kids play with the gear but he is constantly threatening them he will throw them out of the store I saw it happening several times while being there with different kids. My son was playing by himself with a foam ball while we were picking up cleats for my daughter and he told him to stop and leave the ball or he would have to leave the store, thinking that his parents were not around
When I went to speak with him about it he wasn’t much better to my husband and I. I don’t know who he thinks he is but he has no idea how to treat customers. His rudeness is unnecessary and the threats come since the beginning. He takes advantage because most of the kids are by themselves in the store. He ended our discussion just saying have a good day and stopped looking at us. Never apologized even though my son listened the first time and did the right thing. Our children are also customers Do not harass them! I only go to your store because of my children and to buy things for them but this was not a good experience. I was expecting more from a manager.
