Can't believe I would be writing this review and rate 1 star. My mom and I have been going here for years and even recommended this nail salon to others because the staff were nice and place is clean. My mom stopped going and told me whenever she'd call to get an appointment she would always ask for someone specific and they would always tell her "no, they can't blah blah." Then they would always put her with a new nail tech to do her nails, even though she's been a customer here for such a long time. The owner is always rude to her whenever she comes in, but she sees her treating/greeting others really nice. There was also one time where a nail tech didn't remove her cuticle, so she had to remove them herself at home. So, no we definitely don't recommend this place to others. There are other nail salons who are better and much nicer. It's just so sad what this place has become.
P.s. the owner needs to fix her attitude and to stop being rude.

The customer service is TERRIBLE HERE!! My appointment was cancelled twice and when I came in I was told I should have come in at a different time. I had Michelle do my nails and her attitude was terrible and whenever I brought up a suggestion for something to get fixed I was gaslight by her telling me it was okay. Michelle did a sloppy job on my nails and was rushing me out of there!! Very rude staff and disrespectful!! Never going back!

I don’t know. But I have a funny feeling about this place. I noticed a few times when you just get a regular manicure and pedicure the treatment you get from the front desk and also the nail technician goes down several levels. In the meantime when there is gel and tip involved you are treated with much more happiness. Hmmmmmmmm…..Parking is an issue as well.

Been coming here for 8 months! Great experience, great service never had an issue up until I just recently got my nails done. I got a full set with the best nail tech here. My nails were rushed, bumpy, and downright looks like the work of an amateur. I never make a fuss about my nails but as soon as I took this photo my I knew they needed to be redone. I politely went up to the owner who was immediately disrespectful. Instead of being accommodating she was demeaning and making me feel like it was my fault. Enough explanation The photos speak for themselves. Time to find a new nail place!

Nikki was sooo rough flipping my fingers and hands like she was so pissed to do nails. I was getting French nails on almond shaped with glitter as my tip. she did a pink base rather than pale base so my silver glitter French can be seen and be the star. I told her hey I can’t see the glitter French maybe the pink base is not a good idea and a pale or clear base is better. She said no she already did it. Then after she finished painting sloppy she didn’t even take the nail polish off my cuticles or the base of my nails. I told the owner when she didn’t want to change my base and the owner said I should’ve picked my base and she doesn’t know so too late basically. There are a dime a dozen nail salons. I’m not going back. There’s plenty of other salons.
