This Watchung BJ's has the worst customer service person working in there. Everytime I call to make an appointment and this is always when I had a slow link in my tire. The person would say, well we don't have any appointment for a few weeks. I thought under my contract BJ's tire is suppose to take you in on an emergency basis. I will never go to this tire center again. The representative is also very rude. I had to walk to BJ's store to get a manager once because of this person attitude. He needs to be trained on how to honor BJ's contract.

2nd time buying tires here. I shopped around and it was the best price by far for Goodyear tires (they had $150 off for 4 tires special).Service was excellent and Kelvin and Christopher were both very helpful and friendly.Warranty and servicing are included in the price.Best Buy for my money.

I have been very pleased with the level of service at BJ's Tire Center in Watchung. I had 4 new Goodyear tires installed on my car last Saturday. One of the tires had a slow leak so I took it back to BJ's for them to take a look at it. Chris was working the counter today and he greeted my problem with a friendly attitude and mad me confident he would take care of my issue. Within 30 minutes, they found the problem, fixed it and had my car ready for me. Chris was particularly helpful and clearly explained the problem. I will definitely return for my next set of tires. Thanks!

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at the tire center. Went to schedule a tire service in person, never received confirmation during the week, and when I came the following week for my scheduled appointment I was informed that my tires were never ordered and the appointment was not in the system even though the employee knew I was his appointment. I was only offered a different date which was inconvenient because I had already waited for this appointment. I am very upset and frustrated with how unprofessional this was handled, and that the employee did not offer an apology for the inconvenience.

Big warehouse store, and though the return line was slow, the self-checkout and the full store of supplies was nice. Picked up some wipes, and Mykheal (I know there was a Y, but might have mispelled the rest?) was awesome, he helped point out a few different areas for supplies since I was new to the store. Lots of fruit and meat in bulk, of course, and home supplies, cleaning, some furniture, and other nonperishable supplies and goods. And they have a liquor area upfront (no membership required), plus were open later than most of the warehouse clubs.

Shocked to see how many employees (including one manager) were wearing their masks under their noses. Also, not much enforcement of social distancing rules even though the 6 feet markers are on the floor. Also, so many of the customers weren't wearing their masks over their noses.

If BJ's was really interested in my safety, they wouldn't rearrange the store making it more time-consuming to locate items and having to go to the courtesy desk and ask where they've been moved.

The Watchung, NJ store is not doing a good job of enforcing mask wearing by employees. We saw several employees either wearing masks under their chins or pulled down below their noses, including the woman who was checking our receipt.

Surprisingly during this pandemic BJ's has been doing a good job keeping their shelves stocked. I've been shopping there every 2-3 weeks and although it's packed, the employees have done a great job keeping the lines moving rather quickly.
