I’m giving 2 stars as the technician was wonderful and thorough but the “no doctor “ available” ever was disappointing and misleading. I scheduled an appointment on line twice for specific days which were available online only to be called and cancelled. If the doctor is only available 2 days a week that needs to be specified when making the appointment. I’ve gone to bjs for years for mt glasses but I won’t be going back. Ever

Ordered progessives. They weren't done right the first time around and because one of the licensed opticians was out on a medical leave, it took far longer to get an appointment to pick up my glasses since you must meet with one of the licensed opticians to pick up a pair of progressives.

I had a great welcoming experience here. Dr. Diann Brophy was super friendly and very knowledgeable and quite thorough with her exams. I enjoyed my appt. with her! The optician's were also very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend, especially if you don't have optical insurance. A full exam... with new high tech equipment was $75 plus an add'l $50 if you'd like to be tested for glaucoma. I got 2 pairs of fashionable glasses (readers). Not real cheap... like $365 all in just for the glasses...even choosing lower line and at buy one get one free...cuz the 2nd pair really isn't free! I do like them! You could probably forego the glasses purchase here...I was provided with an RX...so you could order somewhere else. Although it was convenient to shop and get sized properly here. Also very easy to schedule the appt. right online.

I exclusively resort to BJs optical for my needs- the physician is friendly, engaging and always professional. The price is right TOO. The entire staff are always thorough and professional and eager to explain next steps and additional services and options. I truly recommend BJs to all my friends for all the services.

Absolutely incredible!! I have shopping for my prescription here for years! Last year I decided to try a new place and absolutely hated it. BJ's optical is so professional and sweet. They really know what they are doing and love to explain as they go. When I get my prescription updated they explain what has changed and what it means. The prices are reasonable and on the cheaper side but the quality is superior. The glasses are good quality and they have a good variety. The contacts they recommend are super comfortable too

The person who helped us out was very cold, like she didn't wanted to help out, she was watching movies on her phone. When we wanted to ask questions she was short. She had a very moody attitude
