When I came into All Day Fitness, I had injuries I thought I would prevent me from working since other gyms limited me. I got stronger, people could see a difference within a week and I was only coming twice a week. The motivation you get is incredible. Your family here, it’s such a great place to be. ??

Every time I come to this gym I feel a sense of community. In the small group classes, Everyone is positive and encouraging to one another. The motivation helps. Coach Q is the lead motivator! He makes sure everyone knows the movements and holds you accountable for finishing the work. My personal favorite is the music - good music is always enough to push me to keep going. It’s a 10 for me!

I started personal training sessions at All Day Fitness with Coach Q over a month ago. As someone with chronic pain it was important for me to work with a professional who was patient, empathetic, and willing to push me to do my best - without “going too far”. I am extremely satisfied with deciding on Coach Q to guide me in my fitness journey. All Day Fitness has welcomed me - friendly members, bumpin’ tunes, and always very clean. You won’t regret checking it out!

I joined All Day Fitness after taking a 2 year break due to surgery and quarantine. The program offers a great variety with workouts changing daily. The owner and trainers are fantastic and foster an environment in which members are welcoming, helpful, and supportive. It can be difficult to get started and stay motivated on your own. If you are bored with exercising on your own, try personal training and/or group fitness classes!

BEST GYM EVER! I can't say enough about All Day Fitness. The staff is welcoming and the workouts are challenging yet rewarding. I've been going to other gyms for years before coming to All Day Fitness and I've seen more progress in my strength and endurance from this gym then anywhere else. In part, it's due to the trainers pushing you to be better. If you're looking to get stronger, faster and do it all with a staff that actually cares about their members, ALL DAY FITNESS IS YOUR GYM!

I have been training with Coach Q for about three years now. Coach Q is an awesome trainer. He has assisted me in creating goals and working towards achieving those goals. ?TLDR? Joined for the abs but stayed for the amazing community. Abs are still loading.. I have been training at this gym for a little over a year now. After many failed starts (i blame the pandemic), I never thought I would one day become one of those people that exercise on a regular basis.Coach Q did the unimaginable, he turned me into someone who, dare I say, might even enjoy working out?! He was very patient with me when I was a newcomer and gradually encouraged me to push myself a little bit more every day.I have never felt stronger and more badass than I do now ??

All Day Fitness not only will work you until you want to throw up. No kidding. You may even wish them ill-will, but as soon as the workout is done you are aLL back to being the best of friends. The coaches and the people that workout at All Day will become friends some even family. They motivate you to push harder run farther and go heavier all because they believe in you and know how strong you are even if you don’t believe it in yourself. I am so happy with my team. 5:30am class is the best. Take the time to experience it for yourself. You won’t regret it.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND- Hands down, best choice I’ve made is training at All Day Fitness. VERY knowledgeable trainers are helpful and patient with all clients from beginners to experienced. The community of clients and coaches are incredible and make me want to go train everyday. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

Love All Day Fitness! Everyone here is so supporting, professional and it's a comfortable environment to workout at. Overall it's a GREAT gym to join if you're looking to lose weight, one on one personal training, build muscle, or most importantly stay healthy and strong.

This place was great! was extremely impressed with the first session I had at All Day Fitness. I was impressed with how Coach Q and his staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Even though I only attended a few sessions, I was truly amazed at how the classes were engaging, powerful, and best of all AFFORDABLE! Also the music was definitely helpful when getting through the workouts. Glad I had the opportunity to be apart of such a great team and can't wait until I can return! I would definitely recommend All day fitness.
