Quite skilled and professional. Dealership diagnosis for the issue with my car was completely wrong. Glad i went for a second opinion because Global would have had me pay 2k for something that didn't even need replacing without fixing the real problem, which the Valley team tracked down. So glad i found these guys!Unfortunately, as i write this review it looks like i'll be bringing them even more work with my other car.

John is truly the BEST in the business! He is honest and fair always, returns your call, and just a genuinely great person. I continue to bring my car to him even though I have moved out of the area, because he is the only person I trust to tell me what is truly going on with my car. I would highly recommend John and Jay to anyone who needs service done on their vehicle!

This review is now an update from my last visit almost a year ago, but I have to say John is such an honest, genuine person to do business with. He always has been fair about exactly what was wrong with my car and when things went wrong recently and it was thought to be from repairs he warrantied, he did everything he could to diagnose and find the problem without charge, checking multiple times over the course of two weeks. Plenty of scummy places out there wouldn't afford such decency and if I still lived in the area I'd still be a recurring maintenance customer. We will always recommend folks in the area to go to him, but all in all there is a good reason why he's the busiest shop around!

I am a little hesitant to write my rave review of these guys because I don't want them to be too busy for me! My parents have been going to John and Jay for as long as I can remember and always spoke so highly of them that I decided to take all of my business to them. I drive 40 minutes to get to their dependable shop. I have even called them from the road when my car has broken down to get advice from them on what another mechanic is suggesting. John and Jay always make time for us- they are honest and patient and knowledgeable. They always take the time to explain the work they are doing and never ever upsell you. I cannot say enough good things about Valley Center.

They are the best, experienced and honest. The air conditioning in my 'vette has not worked in over twenty years. I heard the stories of very expensive rebuilds so I just drove faster in the hot days. Finally took it to Valley where I have been going for many years expecting the worst due to the time that has elapsed. Valley fixed the issue with an inexpensive recharge of the system.Services: Electrical repair
