I'm a long time BOA customer who stopped here with my wife. As she waited in line I asked to use the bathroom and was told they don't have one for the public. I was told Shoprite had one. I actually drove across the street to Burger King and returned to pick up my wife. 1 star for not caring.

This location is great, it's the bank itself I have a problem with. Trillion dollar industry charges $25. monthly "maintenance" fee if checking acct. below 5K. I was not informed. I changed mortgage companies and suddenly this fee appeared. How is this permissible? What are they maintaining?! It's the principle. 20+ years i paid 5% mortgage rate with BOA, and now that I switched they still need to charge customers with frivolous fees.

Naomi who is I believe the manager? Has to be the worst manager I have ever seen. She will ask you how she can help you while their is ten people waiting. Even heard a little ole lady say "yes you can, get behind the counter" and she does not. She will also give you 800-1200 in 20s and 10s 5s if you are not a "customer" the other staff are amazing. I will never get an account with Bank of America just for hiring someone so narrow minded. Never again!

Always low staffed. Long wait times. Come if you must, but if you need to speak with a person and cannot use the ATM, your gonna wait
