So, John and Arty are wonderful groomers. They are patient, kind and caring towards all the pups they groom. They get to know your pet personalities and they take it from there. Meaning, if your dog does not like the blower they won’t subject them to that and so on. At times they might come across as difficult but that’s only because this profession is not for the weak. They not only deal with difficult pets they also deal with much more difficult pet parents. Be kind and have patience. Your pets are safe!

Wow! My pup had an excellent experience at The Grooming Post. I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called and my dog was clean, happy and adorable when I picked her up. Well done!

Our beautiful dog had a terrible experience at The Grooming Post. They shaved him down so close his skin was so red and raw. I could see when we picked him up he was not himself. Then when we got him home and looked underneath (and took pictures) I called immediately and asked what the heck did you do to our dog? The dog could not even sit comfortably for a couple weeks. We did take him to the vet and after a couple weeks he was good again thank God. I would never allow our dog to be groomed there again.

John and Arnie are the best! I've been bringing my standard poodle there for 8 years. They are so kind and sweet with him. He ALWAYS gets the best haircuts! He's never gotten one disappointing haircut!!!! They are punctual, professional and great at what they do. This is my second standard and I've used a couple of places before finding them. Hands down, best find.

Arnie & John are simply the best. If you have a dog that needs special attention - ie not a simple razor cut / "puppy cut", this is your place. We discovered them for our Maltese just in time for her first cut a-ways back and now they are the only people we will allow to touch her. She comes back to us after each visit always happy, playful & gorgeous. Simple. I only wish we would have found them for our previous Maltese. Thank you John & Arnie.

John and Artie are the ONLY groomers that I trust with my babies for almost 20 years. My dogs always leave happy and not traumatized and they get the perfect Shih Tzu cuts that most groomers do not know how to do. I trust that they are handled with love and care and I highly recommend them.

John and his staff do a great job of grooming. When I brought my adopted dogs the first time and described what kind of cut I wanted for my dogs John understood and my dogs looked exactly as I wanted them to. Very friendly staff and my current pet loves his grooming day!! Thanks John!!

We've taken our dog, Sandy, to Grooming Post for 12 years and have nothing but good things to say about John and his team, the cut, wash and overall care has been exceptional and I would highly recommend Grooming Post.

We have been a customer for 13 years and after our dog got cancer and was unable to make an appointment we were not called back. We were told to find a new groomer. Now we will go out of our way to make sure everyone we know won’t be coming back.

My dog is usually fearful of the groomers. However, once he enters the doors of The Grooming Post he is made to feel calm and relaxed. When I pick him up he is always spotless. I love this place and my dog does too!
