The staff is very friendly. I love that the mechanics are through. When my vehicle was hit from behind at a red light. My vehicle bumper looked fine, but they explained that there could be damage under the vehicle. There was, they took pictures and sent it to me before repairing the vehicle. Also, they worked directly with the insurance company to obtain payment. My input was not needed.

I have been hearing about this shop for years and after a small accident I finally needed their services. I was so impressed right from the beginning, they made this process so easy. Kelley and Laura were wonderful, they handled everything for me. They set up the rental, communicated with my insurance and kept me informed on everything. Had to share a positive car repair story! In early 2020, I had some damage repaired on a door at this shop. It looked great and fair price. However, early this year (2022) I noticed that a small portion of the old repair was showing through the paint and starting to show signs of rust. I didn't expect help...but I called and they had me come right in. Took the guy about 30 seconds to look at it, and say "yes...that's on us and we will fix it." They fixed it in just two days with no additional charge.So this is a HONEST place that stands behind the work. I'm a happy customer.
