Ordered three sandwiches on doordash and only got two. Called and the manager was rude and did nothing to make it right. No apology. Apparently it is unreasonable to expect to receive what you ordered. He whined about how many orders they had. I got a refund from Doordash but I ended up hungry. These people are incompetent and don’t care about their customers. Stay away from this place.

This convenience store was a rather pleasant surprise. Hot and cold orders are made fresh. Wait time wasn’t too long, not like Wawa. Staff was pleasant. Store was clean. Items were well stocked.

Anytime I call this store the phone rings busy off the hook!!!!! I'm two occasions I drove down to the store and one of the excuses was that somebody didn't hang up the phone properly and the other one was that the phone died? I don't buy at all.!!! I think it's a bunch of kids that don't want people calling in and making orders on the phone so they take the phone off the hook!!! Ridiculous!!! And on top of it, I was calling in because the sandwich I ordered, which normally I could give a 4-5 star to, I could've Chipped a tooth with the roll was so hard. I didn't feel like having to drive all the way back down there to tell them about it to see if there was some thing they could possibly do about it. Thus my phone call. So now I'm stuck walking in a day or two later having to say something, hoping that he'll remember me and believe me and even want to do something about it Because keeping a sandwich for two days in my refrigerator Is going to make a sandwich hard anyway, so keeping it was pointless. I just took all the meat off and put it on sandwich. Bread I had. Which I already had all the meat and I could have done without going to buy an $8 hoagie But I didn't want to cook and I didn't want a sandwich. I wanted a freaking hoagie. LEARN HOW TO KEEP UR PHONE ON THE HOOK AND LEARN HOW TO THROW AWAY YOUR DAY OR TWO OLD BREAD SO U DONT SERVE IT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!! My mother had just ordered the same sandwich just a different size an hour earlier and hers was fine, when I let her feel mine she said oh no that's not right, or what mine felt like, so I know I wasn't just imagining it. U's probably don't even care about these ratings or read them so I'm sure I'm wasting my time but if anyone else reads this just make sure you check your roll to make sure you can't chop down a tree with it!!

I love Heritage! The sandwiches are fresh and delicious. One of the few remaining small stores who slice meet and cheese for walk-in customers.

used to love their buffalo chicken pretzels but they stopped doing them hot? and the pretzels are super stale now ?

It was Memorial Day and my usual hoagie places were closed. A friend recommended this place due to the high quality and location. I called about 10min out and ordered four hoagies. They were out of the largest two sized rolls. I was disappointed because I wanted the Hercules size roll but it was a holiday and I was glad they were open. The rolls are from Liscios.When we arrived (about 20min later-thanks traffic!) the hoagies were packed and ready. They also had a big barrel of pickles. Everything was delicious! I'll be back!

Good, fast, friendly service. Good place to stop for a snack or grocery items needed in a pinch.

This place is not clean, while cutting meat flies were all over the meat and cheese. Slicers were full of leftover sliced meat and cheese was not clean for the next cut. Poor service, not saying all staff. Take some pride in your store
