Horrible service. Teach your staff how to be polite.. tall African man, zero customer service, at best a GED if any education whatsoever. Train you staff as their jobs are based on clients coming into your bank!

Wow how sad what has happened to Wells Fargo? TOO BAD SO SAD Sadly gone are the days when this once proud reputable bank actually "cared" about their clients. I am NOT talking about the BIG corporate guys I am talking about the little guy.. Today sum it up in a sentence "they don't give a damn, Too bad so sad.. Sadly Wells is now in my book one of the worst in that regard !? Why you ask simple.. 1) They unilaterally SHUT down a very popular office ( our fav office) laid off good folk.. and forced everyone to trek all the way across town to use their other branch.. OK stuff happens Too bad so sad.. 2) Now the ONLY office for about 6 miles unilaterally shuts it's drive thru window HUH? Too bad, so sad .. 3) The ATM machine is extremely sensitive and the bank manager confirmed sometimes it simply can't read a typed check So what to do IF the Drive thru is closed and it's after 5 o clock Too bad so sad yet again.. 4) If I want to simply use on line to pay bills / joint account ( for my wife) They ONLY had her cell phone for verification purposes You know how we get that "we don't recognize this devise and need to verify you with a text code etc?), AH but if I am trying to pay her bill she gets a ping to verify and she may be 10 miles away Surely the answer would be to simply add my cell phone to her account ( with her permission of course right?) 5) I tried spoke to Ernie and he asked me about 9 questions to "verify me" then proceeded to tell me the only way to simply add my cell was to go into my bank make an appointment and speak to a mgr? That's Wells protocol HUH? Hey Ernie it's not rocket science . 6) I hung up after a 20 min line dance with Ernie and spoke to a woman Michelle the next day and she quickly understood my request and that was all completed..PHEW 7) Speaking of Bill Pay ..I tried to add a new Credit card number Very simple but it REFUSED to accept my credit card number as invalid.. Tried slowly and patiently 5 x over the weekend Today I leard yep .. Bill pay is OUT for another 72 hours simply not available some glitch in the service. .. That means I MUST rush off this bill NOW and pray the mail gets it across the country in time..Otherwise I get hit with a late charge.. Too bad again from Wells so sad. 8) I did express my frustrations via a call and e mail and I am still waiting since Dec 2022 for a response Tyler..? Kim? 9) Maybe a better idea close all my Wells Accts after 25 years hey they don't care.. Too bad so sad.. 10) There are of course several OTHER banks that would appreciate us.. and yes without some of those crazy ridiculous fees that Wells forces us to pay for this horrible service.. They promise to call you back and they never do. When you call back they claim that sometimes it might take a couple days to call back. Get your story straight people. Can’t wait to switch banks!

Only one customer service agent who indicated it would be a 7-10 minute wait, however it has turned out to be over 40 minutes. Still waiting for assistance and completely upset with the lack of agents available to assist their customers and of course the false timeframe given. Honesty is always the best policy.

They gave my girlfriend the runaround.give several different answers to a question.incompetent.i will call the corporate hq monday morning. The banker or whatever she is jasmin has a bad attitude and should be terminated.

This is a great bank it is so clean and every worker is so nice!!!! I recommend it!!! Just go there!!!!! You go in and out. The only problem is sometimes the lines are long!!!!! Everything else is great!!! I love this bank!!! You get your money really fast!!!!!! Trust me this is one of the best banks!!!! Credit to Deysi from the bank!!!! You go girl!!!
