That store is a disgrace to be a retailer for T-Mobile worst experience ever . The store manager is sunny does not help he has the worst customer service skills made me loose 2 hour for a warranty exchange that he did not want to do . Not customer friendly at all, not helpful , they made me feel like they were doing me a favor. Sunny Did not want to transfer info from old phone to new because they were closing in 20 minutes.

I'm glad I had a really good experience here. I popped in just looking because I needed to switch badly from virgin. Nobody rushed me, I didn't feel like things were being forced down my throat literally at all, which always usually happens. The man who helped us was so patient and completely honest. GIO IS THE BEST!!

Sunny was helpful but T-Mobile customer support via phone is the worst I've encountered. Both the initial agent, in the Philippines who only reads from a script, to the Oklahoma based US center. There is a lack of empowerment in their agents and processes. Bottom line: Avoid T-Mobile!

Horrible customer service So I went to pick up 2 phones that were on back order for the office. After being told by the other t mobile store down the road that this is where the phones are for pick up. No big deal, When I got to the store I meet with Edwin rep at the store I told him I have 2 phone that I need to pick up. I provided my info, he replied with we don't have any phones here for you. I asked him to call Corp. or a manager he said he will not??????. I got disgruntled and asked to continue to check system and call management. Thru this whole experience he is give me the customer attitude. After 3 to 5 min of back and fourth he finally called his manager ( sunny) who told him yes the phone are in the back. Once he got back I told him he was wrong right? simple phone call would have prevented this!! He did not have anything to say. conclusion I got my phone recommend that you train your staff on customer service it will only harm you the owner at the end! I will never return to this store again, Tmoile in whole is good but things like this make a difference to the customer .

The staff is quite indifferent and will not go the extra mile to help you out. Besides that you can find overpriced accessories. Most likely they will not have the phone in stock so you will have to order on reserve.

Terrible experience. This store would not refund me for 2 unused starter sim cards, which according to T-Mobile's policy and customer support is supposed to be fully refundable since it falls within the buyers remorse period. Save your time and try best buy or the other T-Mobile authorized dealer up the road near Home Depot.
