I don’t know who or what this agency does but it is fraudulent and I will be contacting the health department and NJ’s business bureau after receiving a bill for over 2,700 and I never received services from them at all.

I went for COVID testing at Crown Plaza in Cherry Hill, NJ on 12/24 and still have not received my results. The testers were friendly though. I was told I would get them within a 24-48 hour time frame. I'm not even found in their system online. I tried to call the number listed and it goes to voicemail where you can't even leave a voicemail. It is convenient not having to wait for an appointment but not the amount of time you wait for your results. My wife went for testing at the same time as me and she received her results already!!!

Worst experience of healthcare in my life. Zero communication from the staff and they kept us waiting via email ask me all my personal information and no replay after that. Please don't wast your time there is so many good lab out there.

I went for COVID testing at Crown Plaza in Cherry Hill, NJ on 12/28 and still have not received my results (1/5...8 days later!). I was told I would get them within 2-3 days. I tried to call the number listed and it goes to voicemail where you can't even leave a voicemail. The system shows pending and an incorrect collection date of 1/1. My kids and I all went for testing at the same time and we have results for 1 out of 4 of us. The testers were friendly though.

They’re offering free testing in cherry hill and stating that it will take 24-48 hours for results. 72 hours later and I pop up on them to be told my name isn’t even in their database yet. So who know when I will get my results. Don’t promote or promise a turn around that you cannot achieve, it’s that simple. I have no sympathy for holidays because if you’re understaffed or moving slower you inform the customer so that they can decide if they’d like to continue the process. I’m so frustrated !

Tested in Cherry Hill at Crown Plaza site on 12/23. Got my results on the 30th. The collection date was wrong and although I couldn't get them on the phone I drove there and they fixed it immediately. Owner was very nice and apologized for mistake.

Only Leaving 1 Star because I have to. They will tell you 24/48 hours for results and you will wait many days. I missed my holiday celebration thanks to them. Great !

I give this place a 1 simply because I cannot give it a 0. I did my PCR test on 12/23/21 it is 1/5/22 and still no results. I’ve called endless times and the calls go unanswered. I am unsure how a place as unprofessional as this is trusted to handle lab work. I hope this place gets shut down.

I would definitely not recommend quality laboratory service I called them and customer service has hung up on me three times did not even say anything still waiting for my results and laboratory manager has not even answered his phone as well how can you have a service like this ain’t answer questions I work in the medical field and this is unacceptable
