Elijah helped me to furnish my new home with all of my appliances which included: a fridge, 2 Sony TVs, a washer, and dryer. He was attentive to my needs, veryyyyy knowledgeable and helped me to purchase quality while staying within my budget. Elijah did a great job explaining the warranties and I’m so glad he did. I recently overloaded my washer so I went back to visit him and walllllah booked a service call.

Went to PC Richards on route 22 “The Ship” Industry jargon for The Flagship Store. I met a very knowledgeable, Professional, courteous Gentleman named Donald. When I walked in he greeted me, and helped me with my product purchase. AND I was able to open up a store credit card. So all in all, it was a great experience. Thanks Donald.

I want to share the amazing experience I had with a sales person named Donald of the route 22 location. He was patient, thorough, and well-versed on your product selection. I don’t think I’ve ever been assisted at such a superior service level at this location. Elijah assisted me with all my appliances for my new kitchen. He was very knowledgeable, informative patient and professional. All of this at the height of the pandemic. He was sensitive to my needs and also stayed in touch because the appliances did not all come in at once so several deliveries had to be made to my home. The best part of the experience was that he is an honest salesman. I have referred my family and friends to him for all of the appliance and electronic needs. Thanks Elijah for you help. I went in to buy quite a few appliances for my new home, Will Rojas helped me and was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything with me, including many different models and looked them all up online for me as well. He was extremely patient, I really appreciated him. his manager was excellent as well. I will be coming here and asking for Will anytime I need an appliance in the future.
