This store is bad I want buy one cell, lady say me is price on the phone plus tax, I say OK but the tax she tab is 14% I say too much tax in jersey only 7% her say is the system is set and the other guy sale person say in new York the tax is more I say I love I. Jersey and tax only 7% that store stolen money the customer

I recently bought a new phone from this store. I was in sore need of an upgrade and the representative I dealt with was very friendly, patient, and helpful. She took to the time to make sure that everything worked out for me. The next day I realized that I couldn't find my driver's license so I called the store to check. I called and got a different representative who couldn't locate my license but he made a very genuine effort to check. I worked at a nearby retail establishment on Rt 22 in a customer service driven department so I know good customer service when I see it. I give both reps high marks for that!

I would not deal with these people at all, went in to purchase a phone for my Son, The police were called due to an altercation, took me about 1hr & a half to get the phone, later I found out passwords were picked for us we didn't have, Auto pay & insurance were added to my bill without my permission, It took me 11 phone calls to try to get my funds back for a phone my Son lost a week later but was still being billed, still no refund, I was hung up on by Customer service twice, Also had to drive to get pin from store, once I did that she had to guess it, therefore the account was locked out of again & customer service told me to go to store again & show id,horrible experience, Metro hires alot of hood unprofessional people, I would never do business with them, I was also lied to by Customer service twice about the refund, NEVER!!!!

I walked in the person start spiking spanish I said I don't speak Spanish he refused to speak English I asked for English speaking person.he spoke in english and said get out of my f.... Store.this is the store in rt 22 union nj

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I initially came into the store October 29, 2020 to ADD two lines to my existing account. The Metro PCS employee, Luis.. was unfamiliar with the current promotions and lacked knowledge of his job, functions and procedures, unfortunately placed me into a monthly deal that wasn't correct.I had to return BACK to the location the NEXT day, for three correct desk and due to the same employee losing/misplacing my daughter's SIM card from her previous phone carrier, after switching over to Metro PCS the day prior. (Previous carrier plan is still active and paid up until November 15, 2020)I addressed my complaint and inconvenience to the manager, Mike on October 30,2020, in person. He agreed that the employee wasn't familiar or an asset to the company, he's had several complaints regarding the employee and his mishaps and already have in place good replacement in training. Because of the obvious fustration and inconvenience I was in, Mike VOLUNTARILY offered me the 3 lines for $90 plan, in addition a courtesy of HOT SPOT for each line 15gb and Amazon Prime that was taken from me after the switch and mishap of Luis. I quickly agreed to THIS deal and we made the necessary corrections after several calls to Customer Service for the approvals after already being placed in the wrong deal LESS THAN 24 hours of change to my account. (HOT SPOT and Amazon Prime still isn't active, for any of my 3 lines)Mike also offered, a CREDIT to my account after his employee inconveniently lost/misplaced my daughter's SIM card from her previous carrier, that's still active. As per Mike, this credit would be applied to my account and I should recieve a text message confirming the credit once the system generates the credit. (NEVER HAPPENED, STILL there hasn't been a credit to my account)After 2-3 days without any text, call and or change to my account I immediately reached out to the store via phone, and visits. EACH time, BOTH Mike and Luis gave me the run a around, placed blame and responsiblity on the other, and took my number and name each time and I wasn't ever called back with the corrections that were promised to me.On YESTERDAY, November 13, 2020, and yet still no change, credit or call from the store, I personally revisited the store and asked the status of what Mike offered and promised to me OVER 2 Weeks Ago, still the run around, Luis paving blame on Mike and the possible reasons for his delay, yet still no one wanted to address the delay nor ETA on the status. I called, UNION POLICE to the location, on arrival of UPD, Mike was called, spoke with the officers via phone and he admitted openly to all the offers and credit he promised me and had no explanation on why it wasn't honored, instead he referred me to Customer Service and asked me to no longer come back to this location after my visit today. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL, COWARDLY handled and a disgrace to your word and his creditbility.A police report has been filed, documented and I have reached out to Corporate as well as I will be seeking going forward with this issue. IT'S THE PRINCIPAL, first, ALL employees should be trained and absolutely have clear knowledge of their current promotions that will benefit their customers. Second, if you're a manager, and this happens, you should honor and stick to your word on what you promise a customer to correct the mistake and inconvenience they've endured, not push them off to Customer Service who has no knowledge of the deal/promise YOU worked out with the customer. After 4 visits and 10 calls to the store, here it is November 14, 2020 and STILL no resolution.. I'm out money and can't use the service on my daughter's previous phone provider plan due to the lost SIM card. No credit applied to my account for inconvenience of these lost SIM card, no Amazon prime nor HOT SPOT on any of my 3 lines. I will definitely let any and everyone I know to NOT GIVE THEIR BUSINESS to this location!!! You'll waste your time, energy, respect and patience as I ha

I love this metro pcs !! The sales reps are amazing and helps you with any problem you have even though they aren't technicians. I got a free case and temper glass along with my new iPhone 6s and it's just great having a good experience there !

The girls from that store were so talkative and entertaining and knew their stuff. I had Keila G. and she saved me a lot of money last week. Best customer service I've had. Definitely gained a new frequent customer.

I ordered a phone 2 weeks ago. I called several times to find out if it came in. The first time the young lady said you just ordered it. We'll call you when it arrive and she hung up. I waited a week. Still no call. Next week I called and someone picked up and hung up. I had to drivce to the store just yo find out what I suspected...the phone was never ordered. I'm giving the store 2 stars because the manager was embarrassed and apologetic.

I wish I can give this store a zero start, the lady that is working at that location in the afternoon is The most lazy and not aware of customer service relation at all she is so rude I went to that iStore to activate a new phone number in my number and she was Keeping me all kind or negative don't do what you have to do to make me believe that they Sim cards don't work on my phone the one that she gave in the store when she only supposed to put my old Sim card on my phone. But always told me that I have to pay $30 I don't even complain about it I say OK I can pay but she don't need any right to do anything else just being negative I also asked please can you put a Glass protector on my phone and she say it's not my Fall if I put it in the screen came with bubbles and I told her it will happen if I would buy a screen protector here she say when you don't buy it over here and I told her you know what forget about it you are so negative to do anything for me Thank you anyway I don't want to go back to the store anymore and she just reply so don't come back that was very rude maybe she just want to get fired and Collett the unemployment with that kind attitude.
