Hands down, a great experience!
I needed to get my mom's engagement ring resized to fit my ring finger and they did such a great job. Super fast and cleaned it beautifully, I will definitely be going there for all of my work. Thank you again for fixing this beautiful sentimental ring for me.

Absolutely amazing experience today! Not only were they incredibly honest and respectful, but the craftsmanship of the antique diamond ring we needed resized, was truly impeccable. I came in for some links to be taken off and wanted to see what was my value for pair of diamond earrings. He said I wasn’t going to get what I paid for which was $1500. I was better off keeping them or try selling them to someone.The earrings were to big for my ears. which is why I wanted to sell them. So he said what if he were to make my earrings into a chain and I thought wow!!! that’s very creative! I loved his idea and said yes!! Now I’m in love with my new custom 14k white gold diamond chain.

My Husband and I had taken my engagement ring to Niles to have it upgraded and he was/is so knowledgeable and helpful, so we picked it up today and we were totally blow away at how beautiful it turned out when I say it’s beautiful that’s really a understatement!
