The manager visibly got angry at me and spoke to me with an attitude simply because I didn’t want to sign up for the rewards program. whoever the short, curly haired gentleman is that runs the store needs to be replaced.

Service at this particular location is terrible. I arrived at this store October 3,2023 between 4:45-5pm to buy a ps5 controller, the store was empty and after being greeted by the kid behind the register who was so into his conversation with a young woman he gave me the prices of the various controllers and asked what color I wanted I immediately made my selection and he told me to give him a minute. During this minute which turned into 5 all he did was continue his conversation with the woman which had nothing at all to do with work, I walked out and just purchased my controller from the Walmart in the same parking lot. This served as a great reminder to myself why I never go to GameStop.

The service is bad. I'm a member, bought a game for 30 USD, but when I tried it, I didn't like it. Went to the store to return it, and they said they couldn't accept it because the box was already opened. They offered 1 USD. Even worse, the game was way cheaper on the Play Store. It's worthless to buy games in this store

I went in to the store and purchased a “brand new” PS5 digital edition at 7:18pm, as a gift for a relative, and noticed the box was torn and plastic sticker was removed. I mentioned to the rep (Michael), who sold me the unit, that it seemed to be open. He said no, the box was just damaged bc “it was moved around a lot in the back”. It seemed odd the sticker would have been removed from moving, so I inspected the inside contents and noticed a cable was unwrapped and the console looked like it had also been unwrapped as well.I asked him if this was considered new which he said yes, and was the only one left in stock other than a used console. I asked if there was anything he could do on the price (as I don’t feel I should pay full retail for an open box) to which he said no and that it’s considered new. I called corporate customer service to confirm and they told me new should be sealed. Since it’s Sunday and they are closed, I plan to call tomorrow for a manager. This is unacceptable and the store rep was extremely rude.

An awesome place operating on minimal staff, corporate should be ashamed of themselves. Those people work so hard to keep that place a float. Gamestop you can do better . Treat your employees better.
