I was very happy that Sergio was the sales person I brought my bed with last year, & was able to buy sofa/ sleeper this year. He was very attentive to my needs for what I was looking for & the budget I had. he showed me around until I found the one I liked. I am very happy with the service & the purchase. I would definitely recommend that if you’re looking for furniture please go & ask for Sergio he will assist you with your purchase & I guarantee you will leave happy with your purchase.

Carlos is the bomb! We all know going furniture shopping is not as fun as we would like it to be. It’s expensive & you have to deal with hungry salesmen. But Carlos gave us no pressure service. He was knowledgeable & easy going. When you first get to the top of the escalator you’ll see all the salesmen sitting there just waiting. He greeted us, gave us a quick store tour, pointing to where every category was located & let us be. When we had questions he was close by to answer. But didn’t make it feel like he was hovering or following us around. We even left, went somewhere else & ended up going back to Bobs. They have multiple financing options & the quality of furniture & service is truly great. They also have decent pricing compared to other big name furniture stores. If you’re in the market for some furniture go to Bobs & ask for Carlos!

Alysha was a fantastic help. She was very accommodating, and really took her time to help us get the couch we wanted. She even helped us get the couch the same day. Overall she did a phenomenal job and if you are in the market for a couch I would 100% recommend talking to her.

First time and hopefully not my last but, the sales rep, manager and store atmosphere was on point! It is not too often today that you can find any sales individual being people friendly. Keep up the great work. Oh, if you go there ask for the young man who's name I can not spell lol but it's pronounced as "Dion" may God bless this world because there are still some out here that have some love.

This Bob’s discount furniture in total is one of the worst. Don’t buy furniture here. I spent a huge amount of money since we were just starting out but their couch is one of the worst. It costs around 1200 usd and we bought it only around 6 mos and now it is sagging in total. I even purchased this goof proof but it turns out the process is so complicated to have that I just wanna buy new one in Ikea. Called everyone last august to ask for a replacement with the sofa cover and till now, eventhough the insurance already emailed me that it was approved, nothing came as a replacement. Its already been months and i even called bob and they told me that nothing was approved from their end. They just keep pointing at each other on who should do it, back and forth with the insurance and nothing is done. Dont get this “goof proof” its a waste of money, just dont buy here, buy else where

Sales Rep was very welcoming and nice. Beautiful furniture Depot with Fabolous setting, whatever your looking and what you opted for is available or is in stock they have it. Most of all, protection is guaranteed. I have made my 1st purchase in the year of 2019 & Love it here. Thank You to the Manager & Staff, I'll surely recommend more people to shop at Bob's ♥️

Horrible experience. They delivered all furniture missing pieces, they don’t care about customer service. We called them multiple times and every time they create a different lie. They scheduled a delivery and never show up. Then we contacted them again and now we need to keep chasing them to get out furniture delivered. The worse place to buy ever. We spend almost 7k and don’t have all of the pieces for our furniture. I have a neck injury and am forced to sleep on the floor even though I spend over 3K in a bedroom set. They lack of caring. My dresser came full of scraped and dents and they refuse to exchange, they want to fix a brand new piece that i haven’t even use yet. I paid for a new furniture and they want to give me one that needs to be fixed. Insane how bad they are

Unfortunately, the website was not cooperating but the in-store experience and the call center assistance was top-notch. Informative – helpful and all-around very positive experience. Will definitely shop here again.
