Website clearly states orders placed before 3pm will ship same day . Placed the order 5 days ago with 2nd day air and still dont have it. No tracking info still either.Emailed and called with 0 return contact . Absolute joke and poor service. They got my money so they dont care.

What a terrible experience. I felt like a j*** asking questions. Like I should google it instead of staff helping me. 4/30. I guess they wanted to go home. Terrible terrible. Disrespectful unhelpful. No customer service. I was ready to spend. But I was in the way.Great the unit I bought doesn't even work. Wow. This place.

What a rip off this place is. One pack of lava pods for just about $20? Give me a break I was not near my house so I couldn’t get them at my usual store where I buy two for 20 these people are out of their minds first and last time I’ll be going in that store. Really don’t like giving my hard earned money to places that take advantage of people.
