This is not a Fed Ex location I repeat not a Fed Ex Location. Staff finds every excuse not to help with fed ex questions, printer is broken, theres no one here that knows how to do that, or plain and simple “no we dont do that” when the website explicitly states they can. Go somewhere else dont waste ur time

There's a lack of consideration for many customers who wish to drop off at this location. FedEx in collaboration with Walgreens — they need to do a better job at communicating what can be dropped off at their locations.No where on their Google profile or on their website is there any mention of the size and weight you're able to drop-off. I think that's a pretty important piece of information especially for those lugging in boxes that "exceed" the specified weight and dimensions.

Horrible service. They said package was at this location and when I called to pick up the package they said it wasn’t there. They changed the delivery day more than five times saying it would be delivered on Tuesday, then Wednesday , then Thursday, and then Monday next week.
