Need better training.Went in to ship documents out of the country, just as I had done a couple weeks prier.Was told I couldn’t, because of PO Box. Told her to omit that and it would be fine. Then said she couldn’t with no zip code. Explained that country does not use them, and the manager did it just fine a couple weeks ago and it delivered.She said she couldn’t go any further without zip code. Then stated she had been there 3 years.I find that a shipping company that ships international should train people to do that or have someone there that can.Shipped exactly as I told her to ship, at USPS. Their response, “that’s odd FedEx couldn’t ship, a few countries don’t use zip codes”.

First time using FedEx here at the Walmart and it was very pleasant and a good experience… the lady that worked in there was very nice and very quick!

God awful service, it took over two weeks for them to realize they lost my package. FedEx overall is a horrible company/ service. I truly wish Walmart used UPS or a another reliable option. Please save yourself the trouble and never use FedEx.
