Awful service. I highly recommend going to any other Verizon store other than this one. I went in and explained my situation that I may not actually need these phones. Was told returning everything I bought would not be an issue at all, but if I chose to return I should do it through the phone rather then store to save a 50$ restocking fee. First I was told both phones would be free then upon receiving the bill I learned one was not, I ended up needing to return phones and cancel service and when I called Verizon they explained the person at the store knew the phones needed to be returned to the store not through Verizon. So I went to return the phones and was only then told I could not return the products the guy had sold me that came with the phone. So now I'm stuck with 200$ package of crap for phones I don't have. They lie to you hear to get their commissions up. The owner will be of no assistance either. Sent him an email to which he never responded. Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from this place.

Jason and Nick were the absolute best. They knew everything there was to know about verizon, the phones, etc., and helped me setup my new phone in minutes. Jason even stayed past closing to help another customer.Just the best and most knowledgeable customer service you can have. I will definitely go back, A+

This Verizon store I find is the best! I bought my iPhones through them and find them very helpful and answer any questions I have to this day especially Mitch is very helpful and will definitely buy my next phone through them! Highly recommend this location!

Not only did my experience and transition go smoothly today but im doubly impressed, Mitch went above and beyond to help with setting up my old phone for my mother. He and all staff seem super smart and really decent. Im glad I decided to go to this particular store and will recommend them and continue to go there in the future. Thank you.
