Very rude and lazy worker I understand why it’s closing down I came to open a account at 3:30 and they close at 5 and because they don’t want to sit and do work before they close , they kept suggesting me to make a appointment . Very lazy and not professional the manager NADIA Alexus came up to me personally to tell me that I have to do an appointment . When the lady at the window said other wise. All because they want to go home early on this Friday evening very unprofessional

I opened my first account ever with Wells Fargo. The person who assisted me was Shamar; he was absolutely wonderful!! He was patient, answering my questions and professional as well as great to talk to. He delivers great customer service and actually cares, not a lot do. I can tell he’s passionate about his job and help of people. Definitely deserves all recognition!! Whenever I have any questions, I will know to reach out to
Him. Thank you Wells Fargo! Everyone else was nice as well.

MAY 20, 2024 SHAMAR FIELDED MY CALL REGARDING A MISPLACED CORPORATE CREDIT CARD THAT WAS REPORTED AS BEING DROPPED IN A POSTAL PICKUP BOX NEAR HIS LOCATION. HE WENT TO THE EXTREME OF CHECKING THEIR INVENTORY OF LOST AND FOUND ITEMS THEN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO LOOK UP THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE NEAREST POST OFFICE. BEING A LOCAL BUSINESS OWNER I RECOGNIZE PEOPLE WHO ALWAYS PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS FIRST. HE IS TRULY AN ASSET TO THE WELLS FARGO LOCATION HE WORKS AT. SHAMAR ...THANK YOU VERY MUCH , KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

I have a mortgage with Wells Fargo I went there to have an insurance check endorsed before I went there I called Wells Fargo with the check information he said it was all documented in the computer and to go to any Wells Fargo bank location unfortunately I chose this location and they would not endorse it didn’t even look up my account and told me to bring in all insurance correspondence the woman I spoke to appeared to not want to be bothered I went home called Wells Fargo and was advised that the branch I went to dropped the ball I then went to the branch in Hamilton square and the check was endorsed after they verified with a simple phone call I then call t Wells Fargo to speak to the branch manager she was very dismissive and kept talking over me this branch is terrible the only heroine was the security guard lol

I have been a customer since 2005. Unfortunately I've had to recently cancel my debit card due to fraudulent activity, I'm awaiting a new card. I attempted the drive-thru today to withdraw cash and the employee continually stated I wasn't on the account with my husband. Couldn't find any of my information. I was in that line for at least 10 minutes. Never had I had this problem there before because this did happen to me probably last month. I apologized that I didn't have my full account number however I had my canceled debit card and driver's license as identification. After speaking with branch manager they approved a $250 withdrawal. I apologize to her now I don't know if her speaker wasn't on I said thank you as there was a long line behind me, it's Saturday morning. And as I'm leaving she's yelling you're welcome. I feel very offended that she treated me in the manner she did. She does not have people skills for the line of work she is in. As if she is having a bad day and taking it out on me. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Had to go withdraw some money. The staff wished me happy birthday which was surprising. I had a good customer service experience. The ATMs are out of money sometimes so it’s difficult to withdraw but it happens in rare occasions.

Worst customer service came in for help on my account and was given excuse after excuse tried to call for days and no one answer money just kept on being missing out of my account nd I got no result from it but a frozen account never again had this bank for 13 years truly dissappointed

The tellers who work here are friendly and nice but there is always a long line of people waiting. I gave it 4 stars because the people here seem to give genuine customer service but this branch seems short staffed. Not fair to the community its located in.

Went late afternoon. It was a pleasant experience. Dora displayed exemplary customer service. She was efficient, professional, and engaging. She makes you feel like a valued customer as ALL bank representatives should. That Wells Fargo branch has a new frequent customer. Kindness is EVERYTHING? GOD Bless❣
