I had my granddaughter order 3 mattress for her girls and she received email from Amazon saying my card was declined so I ordered from another vendor Several days later I had a charge for the mattress and she called and was told to late to cancel but can do a return The items were $ 230.40 and went to UPS store yesterday to do return and the total amount to ship backwould have been $ 196.00 so I would have been a total of $ 426.00 spent & I would have walked away with $ 44.00 when all the transactions were doneWhy would they rerun the card after she was told my card didn't go through

This company refuses to give me my money back after they stole it. I cancelled my order way before it was processed and shipped. They have stolen my money and now I'm trying to get my money. I order through Walmart and this company is refusing to return my money instead they chosen to shipped product that I been cancelled. I working with a lawyer to get my money plus more cause the are fraudulent and so is Walmart for taking my money.

I had a wonderful customer service experience (Masham Khizer) after i bought their product on amazon and needed some replacement parts. Although amazon was unhelpful asking me to return, they went out of their way to send me those and get things fixed. Will recommend.

Ordered two twin mattresses through Amazon and I never received the order. According to FedEx it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the seller and they issued a refund. Buyer beware.

I had an awesome experience with Superior Importers. I bought my all furniture from here. That is so beautiful. They always answered my questions. My installer was extremely professional. They did awesome work in my home. We are so glad. We will be back for the carpet in the future.
