Hey #haldemanford Remember when you said at 125,000 miles that my Honda Civic Si was "junk"? Remember you said that this was "the beginning of the end" since I needed a new clutch....a wear item. Remember that you told me that I needed to buy a new car cause all I could do with my car is take it to "ABC" [AKA: the junk yard] Well here I am...still going strong with no issues. Try being honest next time.

I ordered my Ford Maverick Hybrid Truck in July of 2021 Upon arrival, the staff at Halderman Ford were great!!! (April 8, 2022) When I picked up my vehicle, my truck had been detailed and my financial paperwork was ready. Can't say enough about the great service from Steve, Kevin, Mike, Walt, and Paddy of sales and Rich in finance. We all had been waiting for my Maverick to finally arrive. ( Checking status daily) My Maverick looks and rides great and the gas mileage is between 41- 42.5 mpg. ( over 500 miles/ tank of gas) Can't wait until Aug of this year to order another Maverick ( 2023 Model) Get your pen's ready!!!!

Wish there was a 0 star option cause they don't even deserve 1 star. Was sold a lemon and no after 2 warranty repairs for the notorious death wobble it happened again, and no I am being accused of being a liar. Great service. Stop selling defective vehicles that can get people killed.

If you don't want your vehicle fixed right, and want terrible customer service, then definitely bring your car here! Service is HORRIBLE! Had to bring back my car to have issues fixed, that THEY created, when my car was last in the shop with them (2 weeks ago). JR, the service manager, is rude and unprofessional. He got the review he deserved on the survey..? He needs to learn how to treat his customers.

I had a great experience buying my 2022 Ford Maverick. Rich was honest and this dealership didn't take advantage of the shortage to price-gouge like some of the dealers in my area. I would highly recommend Haldeman and Rich Palumbo in particular.

Terrible new customer service experience ... I Scheduled an appointment SEVERAL weeks in advance and paid $175 to have my work truck towed in only to wait about 10 days & 5 phone calls just to get the estimate back! Finally it came and the price was astronomical just for some breaks and diesel work so I had it towed the heck out. I can't trust these guys...they seemed to only cared about existing customers Bc I received 0 effort.

The dealer (through Walter) took our deposit for a Mach-E Premium with extended range battery on October 14 and sent us a contract and car sticker, saying it would be delivered mid-November. I have texts and a credit card bill that show all of this. You can also see the car on Ford's website. On October 28 Walter called to try to sell us a more expensive model (The GT). On November 3 Walter called me. He started the call by saying something about us wanting a Mach-E Select, a car which doesn't have most of the features we want, and telling me they won't sell me the car we had put a deposit on. He also tried to get me to buy a used car, which would mean giving up the government incentives. Certainly tried to play me for a fool on the "select" comment. Do you think this was bate and switch, or an honest mistake? Please also note the dealer's draft contract had a $299 optional fee for an auto theft insurance policy that Walter told me Haldeman supposedly puts into all contracts. Seems pretty sleazy, but Walter was willing to remove it. My experience with the parts department concerning a Ford charger was also awful. My view is that one star is too high!

Matt was super helpful when we bought my daughter's jeep. He was responsive from the first email and had the jeep pulled around and ready to go when we went in to see it. He was friendly and made the experience great. I would buy from Haldeman again. Thank you, Matt!!
