3 stars this location needs -a 4star rating.The most incompetent staff I've ever experienced. I would never ever bank here again. The staff do not know their job amd how to properly complete simple tasks. When unsure of a process instead of using tools they have such as back operations, fraud line etc they explain in full detail the process. The staff allow their pride and ego to provide poor customer service experiences to customers. I experienced a week of hell with this branch.
But surely surely surely this matter will be escalated..Every single staff member I've spoken with via phone at corporate headquarters, and two other branch locations explain I was correct and the Ewing branch was wrong infact most could not believe they behaved like such. Luck for cameras right. Everything can be proven with footage I'm court
Please don't waste you time banking here drive out of your way to another location.

Me and my partner have gone here, to use the atm. The area is clean, and we've never had an issue when using the atm.

Always exceptional customer service. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and will help you with whatever your needs are. I can’t say enough about this branch.

Great people, HORRIBLE BANK. I have repeatedly been charged overdraft fees for 'transactions' that settle to a positive balance within a 90 minute window of time between 3 and 4:30 AM. I am closing my accounts and hope that PNC will taste bankruptcy one day. Do not even consider banking with PNC!

The Branch Manager is rude and borderline abusive to her employees. She has no patiences and talks down to everyone because of her own personal flaws. The branch is tiny and smells funky. Constant long wait time and the assistant Branch Manager has a poor attitude. This branch should be demolished and the Management staff should be terminated

Usually in and out of the bank in good order in the morning hours. But the bank seems woefully understaffed in the late afternoon.The security guard is always well spoken and courteous. I really hope you pay him well he deserves it.

Fine. Understaffed. Online banking is a hassle. Heather is quite friendly. But it took forty min to close an acct. Not happy.

Good service, very functional ATM and generally a good branch. It can be a little bit tough to navigate the parking lot, and it's not a great neighborhood, so there is a guard, but he's very friendly and opens the door for you!

This branch of PNC is terrible, everytime I take my money out they say I have to come in and answer questions about why I took my money out, I've never been harassed like this at another PNC branch but this one. I don't recommend this Ewing branch of PNC on north olden.ave to any one, the one down the street on scotch road is better and they don't ask you why you take 50$ out of your account because it's your money.

I have never had any issues at this branch. I have been banking with PNC for over six years now. The security guards are courteous, even opening the door for customers. The tellers are fast and efficient. Since moving to New Jersey I have banked with Fleet/Bank of America, Commerce/TD Bank, Wachovia/Wells Fargo and Hopewell Valley Community Bank and by far PNC stands above all of those.
