There is no teller service here since October. It's just an ATM and offices, not open to public for walk-in banking services.

Pnc is very unprofessional and not too be trusted their company lies about giving back my money in my account I had $45 _25 in my check account and $12 savings account so they supposed to refund me $45 it's discrimination the check was sent back to the sender so it wasn't no fake check PNC bank is very hateful to denied me my money in my account black people should have the rights to put a large amount in a account with being lief to and the representative who I spoke to was mad if don't want work and help people and out thats sad and I'll not do this bank again in life , PNC don't care the company took my $12 and made interest off me . I don't appreciate a bank that's being petty and racist and then when tell them the truth they say the relationship ended no PNC don't like black people and it shows

I've been a customer for over 15 years. This bank is no longer for me. Recently the bank allowed a company to take hundreds of dollars from me. over and over and over. no one has an explanation.

1. I went here to add someone on my account and they told me everything my husband had to go get for pride of identity and said oh yes you can use a NetSpend card as proof of identity. We were trying to use the debit cards as one of the documents to her married at City Hall. We come back on our appointment say a week later with a brand new NetSpend card just for the guy to tell us no we can't use that even tho we asked him multiple times the week prior before leaving SMH so we couldn't get married on our wedding day. A month later we come back with all the paperwork possible and this ignorant and disrespecting girl who had to be born with an attitude turned us away because she said our mail said and apartment number and both of our I.D. didn't have an apartment number.. we went to the pnc on North olden Ave and got everything we wanted and more in less then thirty minutes. I will not go here again.

The staff is really friendly here. They act like normal people, which is nice.
