Very bad business, I purchased smoked turkey necks on March 7th when I was ready to cook them they was spoiled. Took them back to bravo they did not refund or replace. Saying i had to return them the same day. How the hell I was supposed to know they was spoiled. I will never shop there again. Will also let my family and friends know. Never again!! Bad business!

It is a good store with high prices compared to others. I use it for emergencies when I don't have something at home.

I hope this review helps to improve their service because the cashiers need to be better trained, they did not treat me badly but I saw that the customer on the other hand was treated very rudely, he asked for his name to complain to the manager and he did not give it to him. He wanted to give, I think they should have a badge so that the manager knows who serves the public poorly. "If you work in customer service you have to be patient and kind, leave your personal problems at home" I hope my comment is helpful and they improve.

I'm very unhappy...I got there at 759....all I needed was two things....they wouldn't let me in....I walked 20 minutes there....I won't go back now.....I miss Hamilton square
