Scammers! Went there to complete a couple of Amazon returns. One of the returns needed me to print the label. They charged me $2.99 plus tax. I have only ever paid $1 plus tax. Then after the label was printed they told me I needed to purchase a poly mailer!!! Never ever have I had to purchase anything to send an item back at any UPS store location. I proceeded to inform them of this and took my returns back. I went to the car and contacted Amazon. They told me this was incorrect and reprocessed the return to not require me to print the label. All I have to do is go to the drop off area, follow the prompts and put the item in the plastic supplied mailers! All for $0!!! Please be aware that you should not be paying to return items to Amazon!!! I can only image how many times they have run this scam on people that do not know any better, are in a rush, not paying attention to details, etc.

Usually UPS stores are packed and run super slow. This UPS location is amazing because of KEVIN!!! Kevin makes the line move and works like lightning. He makes the whole experience super enjoyable.

Great experience!!! Staff was so friendly and nice! They did not charge me for tape. The only UPS store to use.

Super nice. Very helpful. When I lost my husband I went in there fax estate paperwork and they took care of everything. Even gave me a seat to wait for confirmation document.

Whatever anyone does for a living , it's impossible to be more efficient and productive at their Job as Kevin is at his. It all starts with the smile he greets you with and with that , u KNOW from the start , that however confusing the return may be (and it CAN be ), that Kevin will make the process as simple as can be. Kevin and Chris literally saved my whole day! Amazon had me all messed up with labels and these two didn’t have to help me figure it all out - but they did! All UPS workers should be like them. Thanks guys you both are AWESOME! 10 stars from me :)

This would be a zero stars a really important package that can’t be replaced stolen from me and ups customer service doesn’t help out at all I will be getting the police involved it’s a really big package shouldn’t be easy to steal such a large package and the drivers name is Danny who last had the package in the photos I have
