Had an issue with a very expensive purchase. We called the store and ask to speak to a manager. Got the run around for a while. Alot of laughing going on in the background at my expense, because I was very upset, and then guess what. CLICK , they hung up on me. Went to the store inperson immediately. Still hard to find a manager. But after a total of 2 1/2 hours it was resolved.

Terrible customer service and their return policy compared to home depot is terrible. Won't be shopping here again if it can be avoided

So sad to share this review but you need to know. A tool I needed was shown in stock in the store. I drove 25 minutes and they didn't have it and hadn't had it at all. They told me, however, it was clearance and I could order it. I went to customer service and it came up as 2 cents, meaning it is discontinued. I went on the site and was able to order it online for almost $300. I found out later it should only have been $176. Some people getting it for $100. I called support and they were happy to tell me they weren't going to help me. I said to cancel my order and they said no, it had shipped. I checked, it hasn't shipped. I am disable and feel like I have been robbed. The supervisor Abbey (#2312875) lied about it being shipped, lied about its status, and refused to help. Beware! Lowes will rob you!
EDIT: Impact driver died and they can't pull up the purchase info so I can't get it replaced.

I am very disappointed with their customer service. I shop here all the time and I was picking up an online order. Lady checks me in and then completely forgets that I was the customer she was helping and yells at me to go back to the end of the line… I had to tell her that I’m the same guy she’s been helping… she thought I was cutting in front of line. I felt offended by it… that’ll be the last time I shop there.

This is a reliable location. Sometimes the service is very friendly but sometimes hard to find depending on what part of the story you're in. But definitely very convenient location and I pretty much always find what I want here

I found it hard to find things.things did not seem to be organized very well.i do go to home depot and the sign come down on each row. This way when you are looking for something you will no if its in that row right away.

Very frustrating now that the store is reorganized.
Can't find anything.
Why are 3 way splitters and extension cords not in the electrical aisles?
Why are bungy cords not in the aisle marked tie downs and bungy cords?
No poison ivy killer spray to be found.
Crappy selection of everything now.
No one is around to help.
I'm going back to my local hardware store for all the stuff I never found at Lowe's.

Great the young man walked over as I was grabbing mulch and said how many do you need I can help you carry them to your car was very nice of him

I will say Jodi in Customer Service was very pleasant to deal with. She was quick, knew what she doing, and a pleasure to talk to.
I had just come from the Brick Lowes and asked for help in a particular department that wasn't sure what to do. I went to Customer Service in Brick and waited for 15 minutes while 3 girls chatted complaining about work off to the side and one worked. Finally, one asked if she could help he me. I asked if I could place an order. She stated I should place it in the department. I told her I tried but they didn't know what to do. She went on to tell me about new employees. I don't mind new employees but I need help with someone who knows what to do. Three or four times she stated she was going to need item numbers. I said I have item numbers 3 or 4 times. Finally, after the last time she said, you know you can order this on line! I left and went to Toms River. Jodi got it done in less time than I was at the Brick Customer Service counter. Management needs to talk to their Brick employees. Bravo Toms River, good customer service.

I have no stars to give them. Everytime I order from them there is always a problem. This time around I purchased a fridge. Had the lady correct the ship to information only to later receive a text with the old information. Had her fix it again where she had to cancel order and redo…. I had to pay a second time … making me wait for reimbursement. Today I call them because the fridge has tape gunk on the door with no protective covering underneath only to get a nasty man on the phone who obviously needs help in customer service dept. unfortunately this is not the first time we had had issues. Extremely disappointed.
