Gwen was a great, she was very honest and upfront. As well as Andrew the finance manager. Shopped many dealerships prior to stopping there. They were by far the best and most honest explaining all our option when purchasing a new CX-30 for our son to get him through Medical School without having to worry about the issues of a used vehicle. Highly recommend Lester Glenn Mazda! Gwen was absolutely great to work with! I was pleasantly surprised to find a dealer with no high-pressure sales, that really listened, and was super patient throughout the entire process. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had, and I will continue to bring them my business even though it's a hour drive from where I live (with plenty of other car dealerships).
Andrew in Finance was just as terrific... he was up-front about numbers, and really worked to make the purchase fit our budget. The processing of looking for and buying a car can be such a stressful thing, but they truly helped make it an enjoyable experience. We really lucked out finding Lester Glenn Mazda.

I would just like to say that we had the pleasure of doing business for the first time with Roy and Mike and we could not be more pleased. These guys really did a great job helping my daughter with purchasing her first new vehicle. They were kind, honest and made sure to put her in something that was within her means. She walked away with a much nicer vehicle than she even thought possible. Thank you so much guys for everything!!! It really meant a lot to us and we will be back for future purchases!
Oh and let me not forget to shoutout Andrew the finance guy! He kept us laughing throughout the whole paperwork process.

Was quoted a price $600 less than the number they requoted on-site after driving 45 minutes to drop off for brake service. Offered no ability to assist because the manager was off - Ken was dismissive and cold to me. Wouldn’t service my vehicle with OEM parts. I’ll trust a local garage before bringing my Mazda back here.

This is my third lease with Lester Glenn Mazda. Got a great deal on a 2024 CX-50 S Select. Emailed them with the specific vehicle I was interested in. Ryan got back to me right away with the information I requested. He was able to quote me a discounted sale price plus apply all the incentives that Mazda was offering returning customers. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, Gwen did a fantastic job gathering my information, taking care of my previous lease return, and showing me all the features of my new vehicle, including connecting my smartphone to the Mazda app. When it came time to sign the paperwork, Andrew introduced me to the new digitized system. No more multiple hand-written signatures. Everything is done on a tablet. Write your signature on the screen once, and then all you have to do is tap on the line, and your signature appears automatically. Then, all your paperwork is emailed to you for easy reference. This has been the fastest, smoothest, and most efficient buying experience I have ever encountered. I keep coming back to Mazda because they are producing some of the most stylish, reliable, and fun to drive vehicles, in my opinion.
