Called me 20 times to bring the car in to do the repair ( on the brand new $80,000 car). Asked can it just wait until I bring the vehicle for oil chage. Respond: we don’t hold parts for longer then a month. Schedule an appointment for 8:30. Was told it will take around an hour. 6,7 hours later it was done. Nobody knew what was going on with the car, called multiple times. Asked for manager Mike. He called me back and couldn’t wait to get me of the phone. Didn’t even give me a chance to explain my frustrations. Told me I should’ve said that I need the car done right away. Yeah, I like to bring the car for service and leave it there all day. Anita was my first point of contact. She was in the BDC (appointment setting dept) at that time. I called in about a specific vehicle, and I knew what I wanted. She confirmed vehicle availability as well as condition. She was EXTREMELY relatable and didnt give me the runaround. I did come in the following day and purchased the vehicle. I went again yesterday to pick up my plates and registration. Anita was promoted onto the sales floor. She was nice enough to come out in the heat (poor thing) and put my plates on for me. Anita was my first point of contact, and my last point of contact, and I will refer all my friends and family to go to her personally. She deserves all the recognition she can get. GO SEE ANITA!!!
