If you are in need of a realtor in NJ, I recommend Danielle Coyle of ReMax Select. I selected Danielle on the basis of the reviews I saw on-line. It was a great decision on my part. Danielle provided great advice for preparing the house for showing, was always available and was highly responsive. She hired a professional photographer for the on line photos which I believe had a huge impact on the number of people interested in viewing the house. Within 48 hours we had many offers on the house. Almost all (all but one or two) were above asking. Danielle helped me sort through the offers, advantages and disadvantages of the various offers and within 1 week we were under contract. She was able to provide me various contacts to deal with things like electrical repairs, an attorney to handle the closing, estate sales, etc. She was very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended!

My husband & I were looking for a realtor to help sell our home, so I searched online and chose Danielle based on all the great reviews she had gotten. I can see why she has so many rave reviews! She is amazing & knew exactly what she was doing. We were unsure if our house was priced too low or if we should have included more pictures, but we decided to just trust in her expertise & experience. We are so glad we did! She knew exactly what she was doing! She was able to generate a lot of attention in a short amount of time. Our house listed on a Wednesday and by Sunday open house we were reviewing a ton of offers and accepted one! She helped up get $85k over our asking price plus negotiated extras that she knew we would need. We never even imagined getting that much for our home. Not only was she knowledgeable but was a absolute pleasure & joy to talk to. Anytime we had a question or concern she would get right back to us immediately. She is professional, heartwarming and relatable. Honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Danielle and highly recommend using her if you are looking to sell your home.
