However, when I called and booked an appointment with this Chase bank, they were very professional, timely, informative and kind to us. Kevin, the banker we were assigned, was very polite and friendly. I highly suggest anyone looking to go to this Chase, to request him as your banker. Just make sure to book an appointment or call them before you go, as that's what half the bad reviews are about in other branches.”

“I showed up here accidentally, not realizing I had scheduled an appointment at a different Bank of America. The lady who greeted was nice and very patient with me as I fumbled for my confirmation email. Even when I realized I had the wrong location, she set up a meeting right then and there for me with a financial advisor, a Mr. Brennan Gerhart. He helped answer all of my questions, and walked me the through the process of requesting a credit increase and what my options are for other kinds of financing. Very professional and informative, and an overall good experience”
