horrible customer service experience for my past two trips. I waited by the fish tanks for 10 plus minutes for assistance , walked around the entire store to find no staff and when i went to the front to ask
for help they told me the couldnt because they were at check out. The worst was today when i asked a woman to help me and she told me to hold and and proceeded to take a PERSONAL CALL right in front of me on her cell phone. I will not be going back to this place again. Rather make the drive somewhere else and not be treated like trash.

Good prices. They applied my rewards right at the register. I love the cat area that has the adoptable cats. I love it there.

Called and spoke with James to find out about a specific catnip. You don’t carry the brand I was looking for but he told me what you did have. I was nearby and went to the store. James happened to be near the entrance and took me to the catnip area explaining the different i.e. toys vs a tube of catnip. James was friendly, helpful, and professional.

Megan is GREAT!!!! We didn’t buy anything yet (my daughter and I) but she spent a very reasonable time with us explaining how each pet could be taken care of and extremely friendly and patient. I just thought wow! She must really love pets herself, she’s very knowledgeable! Thank you for the experience, my daughter loved it!

Really nice team there in every way. They explained how several different lizards need to live, what they ate, and how friendly they were. Later, they went into the process of how to adopt a cat. Great educators and pet lovers!

My go to Petco in my area, don’t have any complaints till today. Angelyna Marie is the rudest cashier you guys have in your store, maybe her duties should be on the floor. Having a phone conversation while at work is a no no, it doesn’t matter if you have air pods or not. Angelyna stay off your phone!!!!!

We asked for bath and long hair cut $78 but they added additional service we did not ask for or agree to. And was told “could” take that off. But upon receiving the bill it was still on it. This is twice that was done to us.

Words cannot express how happyyyyy I am with the Petco grooming service at this location. I have a 6 month old Cane Corso puppy, who hatessss baths lol since he’s so large it’s hard for me to keep him in the tub to get the job done, so my family decided it was time to get him professionally groomed. At arrival we were greeted by Kat K who is absolutely wonderful! She’s knowledgeable, welcoming, and definitely “the puppy whisperer” lol we felt very comfortable leaving our fur baby with her. Since it was my Pups first time getting groomed I decided to wait at Petco incase there was any trouble, and luckily there wasn’t! Kat kept us updated on how he was & when he was finished getting groomed he was all smiles. We cannot thank the grooming service enough, and a bigggg Thank you to Kat! We’ll definitely be back for another visit.

Very upset with the service I had today. I paid for 100 crickets and only received 75. I understand that counting them can be a little tedious but if I am paying for that amount I should be receiving the amount I paid for. It’s bad enough 1 cricket cost 17 cents. It may not sound like a lot but I care for numerous reptiles and now I am short on feeding. This is a total rip off

I went to drop my fur pup at my appointment time of 930am on 6.2.24 and was told to come back through the window as the store was closed. I didn't understand why but they seemed busy so I left to walk my dog as he gets very nervous as it is when we get there every time. I came back at 10 because that's the time to store opens and the doors were half way opened at this time so i slid in with my dog. Vicky, the stylist came out to tell me that since I showed up at 10 and she has to leave by noon she can't take my dog. I never ask for a specific groomer because I've never had a problem before and usually they're very nice. Well, not Vicky, very short with me, telling me she has to leave at 12 and I came in at 10 without letting me tell her I did come on time and was told to leave through the window by someone else. She truly couldn't care less, I asked her if she was saying that she was canceling my appointment and she said yes. So I walked away since she has zero customer service skills and asked for a manger. While they were calling for a manger, Vicky comes back out to tell me someone is trying to add my dog in but I needed to wait a minute. I answered by saying, well I've waited this long what's another minute to which she got snarky and said, we're trying to help you get him in. She said it like she's doing me a favor !! Her entire demeanor was out of line, completely entitled and sure to never ever deal with her again. Luckily the only person, Kat, who came and apologized and took him in. It took longer than usual but I knew he'd be ok with her because she's been great in the past. She even took off a fee for the inconvenience. I was going to take this as far as possible but thanks to Kat, she was able to turn the experience around . All to say, the ladies are all great and maybe Vicky was having a crappy morning taking it out on the customer.
