Staff is professional and courteous. They went over everything needed for repairs and what costs would be. Work was done timely and beautifully. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing body work on their vehicles

Really good experience getting auto body repairs. Car looks like new. When I got it back the AC wasn’t working right - they quickly got me back in, diagnosed a bad fuse and within 15 minutes the AC was fixed and I was back on the road.

What an amazing experience. I forgot the name of the person who helped me but very professional and a lot of knowledge. I had an accident and I needed an estimate so I can provide to the insurance company. Usually I had to pay money for estimates when I used to live in NY even the law says we do not have to pay for estimates. Here I did not pay anything and the person took the time to talk to me and explain options helping in every corner. I am a General Contractor and I give a lot of estimates to my consumers and for a moment I felt like I found myself on him.

Wow, finally an honest and reliable business. Our experience at Fort Lee Auto Body was excellent. Every staff member was gracious and friendly. We worked with John and he was reliable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Our car was in perfect condition when we left. John went above and beyond for us and he went out of his way to make us happy. We even ended up using their other location for an oil change and full service. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto body shop and we will absolutely use them in the future. What a relief to not feel like you can’t trust anyone. Honest businesses exist! Thanks, John and team!

The experience was outstanding in every aspect. Their professionalism exceeded my expectations. In an industry often perceived as untrustworthy, this auto body shop was a refreshing exception - completely honest, fair, and transparent. They provided daily updates through an app, complete with photos and status reports. They also generously provided a loaner car without any hassle. During a stressful period following a car accident, they alleviated my anxieties and fears, turning the situation into a positive experience. I couldn't have asked for better service.
