There was no pressure to buy. My salesman was courteous and professional. They had the inventory I wanted. I explained were I needed my monthly pricing to be and the he did everything to get me there. From salesman to manager to financing, I say, it was seamless. Since I've had my jeep I've used the service department several times. I'm pleased with the service and their attention to my needs. Their shuttle is a great service as my jeep had to be in the shop for the day. It was a pleasure to have my jeep serviced there. Very nice friendly people all around.

The Parent Company that now owns Jeep,Chrysler,Ram,Dodge, Alfa Romeo,and Fiat, Stellantis is the worst customer service organization I have run into.
It is imperative that you choose one of their Dealers with the juice to properly navigate the warranty and recall processes.
With out the proper Dealership, which Franklin Sussex Automall is one of them. The MFG Stellantis would have me and my family driving a dangerous vehicle.
So I thank Pam from Jim Testers service department for doing the right thing and ignoring the recommended solution from Stellantis and putting me in a loaner so I could continue to take my son to his medical appointments in a safe vehicle. Which is why I purchased the new Jeep in the first place.

All I can say is EDGAR is the guy to deal with, down to earth not pushy at all but made very valid points he listened to what I wanted and made recommendations off that. Due to him being honest upfront and no b.s. kinda guy he got my sale. Also huge thumbs up to his negotiation skills and making the deal happen.
