They provided us with the best options, showed us the locations, and went above and beyond to bring us items we forgot when we left. Although they have two different roles in the office, their adaptability was phenomenal. We always felt we were receiving the highest quality of care at all times. I highly recommend this location and these two wonderful, knowledgeable women.”

Not only was it quick and easy online but Phil was honestly the most friendly customer service I have had post COVID. the process of signing up and renting was so quick within the hour I was storing my things. Buildings look nice and show no signs of water/weather damage. And the PRICE. Pft there’s literally not better option for the area we live. Can I give 6/5 stars? Because I am.”

Debbie went above and beyond, finding me a better unit than the one I reserved; calling me to let me know of a potential hiccup in my gate code (only because I ended up coming in a day earlier than planned) and making the "contactless" sign-up process super easy. “Didn’t have the best experience with my first unit… but that was through my own fault. This time around, I’ve been dealing directly with the head of this facility, Larry. He’s been incredibly helpful and understanding after my husband and I recently lost everything. All we have left is inside that unit (as you can see from the mess). It’s safe, secure and being maintained at a top notch level!”

“This place is in my town so it's convenient for me. I'm renting a small unit for a few years now. The price is creeping up only once or twice in 3 years. Still one of the best prices in the area I think. Security is limited to non-existent, but this is not the type of area where that's needed. Manager is friendly and very easy to work with.”

“The cargo van was much nicer than I expected. It was immaculate and seemed brand new. Although it was very large, it was very easy to drive. The staff member went out of her way to help by suggesting a slightly later estimated return time due to expected weather conditions which I didn't know about, and she made sure I did not incur a late fee even though I returned 30 minutes later than the revised time. I would definitely recommend this location and will use them again in the future.”
