Most useless employees. I walked in and asked specifically for a Volkswagen/Audi oil drain plug wrench and the woman pointed to the wall. I wanted to see how long it was going to take for them to ask me if I needed any further help since I was having difficulty locating it on their wall of about 1000 products but nope I practically was standing next to the man at the counter with the mean look on his face in dead silent store for about 5 minutes who by the way on a previous purchase huffed and puffed when I presented my military ID for the discount. So I just turned around and walked out. Never again will I give this store a try. Dude if you’re that miserable at your job quit and go find something else. Maybe a job that’s not customer serviced based where you interact with other humans.

Not so friendly store clerk. Pretended busy when I walked in. Refused to look at my phone for the order status. Commanded me to go to the corner register. Told me to come back later. He checked for the part after I told him that I received the notification over the weekend that it is ready to be picked up. What happened to Customer Service?
