Worst Chase bank in Sussex County. Looked up online to see if they were open and they were. Drove all the way there today and there is a sign on the door that says “temporarily closed.” All the bankers were sitting outside in their cars just looking at me. Absolutely bizarre. Waste of my time and waste of my fuel.

My wife’s bag was stolen /misplaced with her cc, cellphone, wallet, etc whoever took it had complete access to the account as the card and cellphones are connected through apps etc. 1900 dollars was used and the bank told me they can not refund it. Banks are supposed to protect our money I would highly recommend using any other Avenue besides chase bank the customer service is terrible

Two weeks ago I went to this branch. A guy welcomed me very well and then Lindsay (cashier ) helped me with everything I needed. Her customer service was outstanding and professional. Keep it like that. Thanks.

No drive thru and only one teller station inside always a line and always a wait. Multiple times they have computer issues. My opinion worst bank in the area!

Friendly and accommodating staff. Not sure why this branch has such a low rating. Every time I visit, everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Rude and clearly doesn’t want to help people who walk in. I felt like I was bothering them and it was very uncomfortable. Chase needs to revamp a lot of branches in this area.

Awful treatment,they are full of excuses. Couldn't help my husband to reset his pin in his debit card.thet told us we needed an appointment. Went to chase in Newton we were in and out in less then 10 minutes with out app.Please DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK.

No notary at this Branch, as well as no customer service. I have to try and make a deposit while the "teller" stands there and watches me do her job. Of course the "machine" doesn't want to take the deposit as its a cash business deposit, so I sat in my car waiting for them to open, to have no services what so ever. Todays customer wants customer service at its fullest, and there is none at this branch. They need to close this branch down or change the staff . Its really really bad here as far as any form of customer service. If the humans at the branch just want customers to use a machine, then why even staff it at all. They hold no form of regular business hours, close during the weekday even though the door shows the hours they are supposed to be open, its really so bad here that I told the teller" I really need to look elsewhere for my personal and business banking. That seemed fine with her, so today thats on the agenda. In todays climate where service is a priority for businesses, and we all strive to meet and exceed customers expectations, this branch falls far below any bank I've visited. PLEASE CHASE< GET SOME NEW STAFF AT BYRAM BRANCH for everyone sake.
