Most employees are friendly but some are surly. They do a poor job when hand-drying the car and don’t take kindly to criticism. Not recommended.

I bought the monthly silver membership ($19/month) 3 months ago in 2023. I noticed they had charged me $30 for the month of January, 2024. I had been there 4 days prior and there was not any signage or indication that rates would increase. They did not notify me of rate increase via phone or email before charging me the increased rate. When I called to inquire they were rude and unhelpful. I was also told the contract signed states they can increase rates at anytime without notice. I ended up canceling the membership (I would have been fine with the rate increase had there been proper notification). When I went to use the final month of my membership that had already been billed at the increased rate, they told me it was canceled and I could not get a car wash. One of the employees informed me this is a common occurrence and they have had many upset customers due to this practice. Disappointed in the lack of customer service and would not recommend spending your money with this business.

I've been through twice, though not with my own car. That being said, it's still incredibly fun (yes, I'm a 43 y/o child), they do a great job and everyone is pleasant. It had rained the last time I went and one of the employees went ahead and dried off the bench for us. It was much appreciated. If you have kids or if you still are a big kid... TRYI IT!

i want to say thank you to the owner for his professionalismin solving my problem. i had purchased a 50.00 gift certificate and left it in the center console. after a week in a car repair shop, i couldn't find the certificate card in my car. i asked if he could trace it to see if it was being used. he said no, but make a new complimentry car for 20.00
