We had an amazing experience at Jelly Beans Kiddy Kuts! Ms. Hazel was so good with our son (who’s not the biggest fan of haircuts) and his haircut came out perfect!

Convenient until it wasn’t.
Started going here in the spring with my son and daughter. The second time I brought my son his hair was was un-even and choppy but they’re kids and things happen…they move, don’t sit still..etc. So I chalked it up as that. Made an appointment for my daughter (Hazel returned my call and told me what time she had available) I was there at exactly the minute I was supposed to be. I waited 10 minutes outside on the porch since it was appointment only. A family left and I went to go walk in with my children when I was told there was someone in front of me and she was running behind. The owner stated she called the woman in front of my time slot and told her to come and get as running late. I’m not sure why she would be calling someone telling them to come in for a haircut if she was booked and I’m
Not sure why I didn’t get the same courtesy call from her. I was told I would have to wait for the woman who showed up after me to be done for my daughter to get her haircut and I couldn’t do that because I had another appointment after the haircut I would be late for. “Ok sorry” were the only words I got as she walked away.
Not effort to try and reschedule, make it right or anything. I very much always got the feeling that she had enough business where it never really mattered to her if people returned or not and I fell victim to that. My daughter left crying her eyes out after being so excited to get her haircut.

Was at a total loss of what to do with my kid’s extremely uneven 1/2 curly 1/2 straight hair and Jelly Beans cleaned her right up! Great place for a first haircut.

Hazel was so welcoming and sweet! My youngest son is at a hard age for haircuts and ended up having a total meltdown and hazel was so reassuring and still did such an amazing job!! We will most definitely be regular customers, I would recommend 1000%!!Service: Haircut
