This review is for the service department. I would have given this review a month ago a five star because the service manager Jennifer was exceptional. However, after trying to reach Jennifer several times via email I never heard back. I learned today that she is no longer with Acura. Shame on Acura for letting go of a stellar service manager. I also learned that their head mechanic is now in charge. My advice here is to run away. The foreman Phil is the one who serviced my car replacing my transmission. The work that was done was not of the level of an experienced mechanic or technician. With his 30 years of experience, he installed a new transmission only for it to be returned within 48 hours as the transmission lost fluid from a hose leak due to crimping issue said Phil. He also told me the transmission did not lose much fluid and that was inaccurate because the transmission lost at least 3 quarts of fluid as the fluid was to the muffler, the driveway, and in the street. A good mechanic would have been more thorough with his work. I still have concerns with the transmission as it still has an RPM issue. But I guess in time this will adjust with the transmission still learning how I drive. The second issue was this vibrating or judder noise while accelerating and driving at consistent speeds. Phil drove with me and told me it was how the car was designed to drive and it was a solenoid issue that could not be fixed. Again a mechanic/technician who has 30 years of experience should have known that the judder is the torque convertor and the software needs to be updated. There is an Acura bulletin on this very issue and of course, my car did not get this update nor was it offered. It is truly concerning that in this day and age, mechanics would ignore complaints, especially from females, and think that what they say would not be further research. The quality of the mechanical service at Springfield is awful.

Best Acura dealer. I have been going to this Acura dealer for the past 9years and got all my Acura vehicles here. I must say the experiences have always been amazing especially with Richard Passananti. Rich as we call him has been amazing!!! He has worked with us with every process. I have never been to another dealer since I met Rich and Acura in Springfield.

Terrible place to purchase a car from . I test drove this car that I really like but I felt something in the steering wheel as I was driving. Brought it back 2 times for the same reason (less then 2 weeks from purchasing it ) the third time I brought it back they tell me it’s gonna the steering column and it’s gonna be 1800 . This is crazy I only had the car for three weeks and this was an issue that I had from day one that was not taking car of. These ppl are crooks STAY AWAY. If you do any business with them get everything in writing……… The customer service is disgusting and Ghetto. (Update my car is back in the shop because it kept cutting off on me . Look below ? of how they responded to the situation.

It’s almost amusing how i left the dealership with a 5 star review, and now we’re here. Unbelievable, how you buy a brand new 2024 ZDX. I was really hesitant to jump into an all electric vehicle.. and this is the reason why. I opted for the $750 credit on my AcuraEv link. I was never able to use it because of some software issue on their backend. It was all smiles and great news until I stepped out of that dealership. Montà was a good sales rep, did offer me free charging. ( which takes 5 hours to charge ) which is ridiculous. I live 15 miles away from that location. Spoke to Manager named ( Nabeel ) very short fused and condescending. Promised me someone will give me a call back within 10-15 mins. No one reached out. I called the OnStar to try to get this problem resolved.. nothing. Called a Honda/Acura IT as well. They told me they’re aware of this issue.. they have no ETA on fixing this issue… nor they do reimbursements. So with that being said, putting down money for a 70k car, to not use features that were giving to me and come out of pocket to charge the vehicle. It’s insanity. I’m not comfortable. Everyone washed their hands and blamed Acura manufacturers. Why sell a car they can’t back up. I was the only one trying to resolve this issue since last week when I purchased the vehicle on the 25th. Also spoke to another manager ( Anthony ). He told me there’s nothing that can be done besides a free charge. Stating how you’re going to get the credit wether it’s today, tomorrow or 6 months from now. Thats a ridiculously and unprofessional way to respond to someone. I will be going to BBB and Calling Acura customer Relations. This is nonsense.

Unprofessional, folks will try to force you to sign on a deal without understanding the complete details, do your research before heading to this dealer, cars are often overpriced when compared to market place, questionable certification approach.

My sale person was Mr. Oscaldo Bravo very nice guy he made sure we understood everything answered all our question and even try his best to help in anyways he was able to. Also his other co workers were also very nice people too. Thanks love the car!

First & foremost let me just say that the experience at this dealership was IMMACULATE to say the least.
I was assisted by the amazing Richard Morales & it was by far the most amazing experience ever. He was patient, informative & did the best he could to literally get me the best deal in everything that had to deal with my vehicle. ALL THE WHILE multitasking and making sure that ALL customers received equal treatment. He got me out of there in record time as I was expecting to leave after dusk from every one’s usual experiences.
The attentiveness from the staff was wonderful. I was greeted at the door and even received snacks & a variety of drinks during my wait.
The process was truly nothing short of amazing & they have gained a life long customer. Thank you guys for the amazing service, the great options, & for helping me find the perfect vehicle for me!
Again, Richard Morales was TOP TIER & going anywhere else would truly be a disservice to yourself.
Shop Acura Springfield or don’t shop at all. ☺️

I never wrote a review before, but after my experience at Springfield Acura, specifically Richard Morales, I was compelled to do so. Mr. Morales is an exemplar of transparency, integrity, and professionalism. He worked diligently to get me out of my Honda crv and into my 2024 RDX advance a-spec seamlessly and effortlessly, and might I add, at a reasonable price point. Going forward, I will be purchasing all my vehicles from Mr. Morales. This guy is the man and deserve a huge bonus!!!

Want to say sales manager middle eastern guy very unprofessional stay away from this dealer they sold me a car stating was never in a accident or had repairs done to when i go to check to trade my car in its been in a accident and they denied me saying what i am seeing is false when carfax shows , stay away they sell crashed cars and hide it with there own carfax they state they stopped using carfax because they didnt like them when every dealer uses it there are scamming please look at another dealer dont waste your time they denied me help of the situation middle eastern guy told me that thats not there problem stay away i exposed them now they wanna admit theres a accident when they said it wasnt ?
