Jeff is great. Knowledgeable and won’t take advantage of you. The weekend manager took my towed car on the weekend as they were closing but stayed open for me. Informed me and finished everything up in a timely manner. Even tested the car on the road before completing the job to ensure the job was done ?? I recommend this place as your new mechanic and trust a job be done well and won’t need to take your car back.

I cannot recommend any business more highly than Pinkava Motor Company. Jeff and Dave have been servicing our family's cars (a total of 6) over the past 15 years and I won't go anywhere else (although I've moved out of the immediate area). They've corrected issues for us that dealerships couldn't, patiently provided assistance via phone when we've been out of town with our cars, treated my adult daughters (who now take their cars to Jeff and Dave) like their own, and even replaced without question (or additional charge) a faulty part that failed prematurely. Their work speaks for itself...just take a drive by their location and you'll see that it's always busy.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and Jeff told me labor would be $250, I came in today for my brakes and he estimated and gave me a grand total of $850+ to fix my brakes. My car isn’t an SUV or Luxury. I found somewhere else that is affordable and great quality right after. Females never go there alone because they will rip you off and scam you.

I’m normally not one to write a negative review but this was blatant. My car had been towed and this location was closest to me on AAA’s recommendation lists. When my car was towed to this location I was informed that my SUV needed an alternator. He stated that there was nothing available in state and had to be ordered from Virginia. Upon my second call to an Infinity part’s service I knew that he was dishonest. I inquired about how much for the part and it was 200 less than what Jeff quoted. In addition, my service cost $800 dollars less than what he quoted. Needless to say I picked up my vehicle from there and will never recommend to a crooked business.

My car was disabled while I visited my father in NJ. AAA towed to Jeff at Pinkava's Motor Company. I needed a complicated repair that took several days to complete. Jeff was professional, honest and clear in his explanation of the work and its completion. This could have been a disaster with me being out of state and difficulty obtaining the necessary parts. But Jeff made it as easy as possible, including doing some of the work over a weekend. If I lived in this area, I would definitely use Pinkava's. I was visiting family in NJ when my car decided not to start. I called triple A who set me up with Pinkava and was so happy they did. Jeff was so informative, friendly and kind. He calmed me down when I was highly freaking out and took the time to explain everything to me but not in a condescending way which is always greatly appreciated. If I’m ever broken down in New Jersey again I’ll definitely want to go to Pinkava!Services: General repairs & maintenance
