The Pilates instructors are amazing and i enjoy their classes. I especially enjoyed meeting and working with Sara. She was extremely nice, professional and has great energy. She made me feel comfortable immediately and that is important because gyms can be very intimidating.

I definitely recommend NBD fitness. I have been going for the past 5 years now and have been loving it the whole time. The trainers and all of the staff are very professional and nice. I am currently working with trainer Tyrese Harris who is wonderful and is great at giving me a work out.
