The prices are RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE. it’s smelly used clothing at department store prices. I’ll include a price tag for your reference, and if the highway robbery isn’t bad enough, they bully you into organizing the hangers for them before you leave, while they stand there and watch you.

Everytime my husband and I go do a drop off the guy inside always has a bad attitude. Just rude and tasteless for absolutely no reason at all. My husband asked a question about having to separate certain items before bringing in the bags and he gave us attitude. If you're miserable and don't want to work then find something else to do!!!

Super easy experience, drop off your items and pick up a donation receipt. Keep in mind that their hours are something like 10:00 to 5:30 on weekdays, and also keep in mind that sometimes they get full of all items and may not take any donations. For instance when I went, they were only taking clothes and shoes, nothing else. It has to do with how full their warehouses are in the back.

Manned donation site for the Goodwill NJ close to Summit/Millburn. They can fill up with donations, at which point they were only accepting clothes/shoes for a day or two while they waited for the back garage storage to be hauled away. Sheets with the donation details can be found within if you need a receipt. While the hours would be nice to post on the website or the door (it was scratched off), they are at least open 10am - 5:30pm on some weekdays.

Goodwill Springfield NJTyron at the Springfield NJ location is very rude and unprofessional . They were open at 10 AM. but he refused to accept my items ( band instruments and a sewing machine) argued with me and asked me to come back at 2PM even though I called yesterday and confirmed the hours and donation items.Finally I was able leave them at the center without any thank you..Terrible experience.

It says they are open until 6pm on Sunday but apparently only 5:30– the employees were still there at 5:40 and were incredibly rude and refused to accept a generous donation!
