I had an excellent experience picking up a banner for an event at the end of June. The woman that greeted and helped me was so friendly and helpful - I couldn't ask for more. Honestly, I live in Wayne (work in short hills) but for any future needs in I'll go out of my way to have that sort of interaction. Thank you! Even have a pretty low quality picture to be blown up and I'd say they did a great job!

I was extremely impressed by The service Shaheam provided. Not only he explained all my shipping options & packaging provided by FedEx in detail; he also assured me that cookies bring shipped to cousin in Florida who’s à handicapped Marine, would be carefully packaged to assure that my cousin would receive them in good condition.Shaheam absolutely followed through as he has stated. Thank you, Shaheam.Also, thank you to the woman supervisor (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) working that day/ shift for being pleasant and helpful.Most importantly my cousin received the cookies on time as Shaheam stated.

First time here and Chris was fantastic explaining and handling my 3 Fed Ex packages. Didn't know I could do everything here that I do at Staple plus it's 100-times much cleaner, friendlier and better than UPS. I will never use the USPS Priority Mail/Certified again when I can send a letter Fed Ex Saver to arrive in 3 days for $11.00 and know 99% it will arrive on time. Bye bye Staples and UPS.

Supposed to open at 12:00 pm, it is now 12:35 they’re still not open, employee waiting in her car too, guess she doesn’t have the keys, and whoever does is super late. Unbelievable. It’s unacceptable

This place is wonderful. I recently had to ship a multitude of boxes and wooden crates (items big and heavy to small). Over the course of 3 weeks in dealing with the entire staff here: they are super kind and welcoming when you walk in, they are efficient when processing shipments, they actually care about your business and make you feel like you made the right choice with fedex. They went above and beyond to provide information and feedback regarding multiple shipments. I had a ton of questions and they happily answered them all with a smile. I don’t ship things often but when I need to, I will surely return to this location. Thank you to the whole crew.

Afternoon visit. Staff helped with the print set up recommendations. Since I was not going to be in the area (staying in Manhattan), the team expedited the printing so that I would not have to come back in the morning. Printing time was reasonable.Expectations met.

The ONLY reason this FedEx in Springfield NJ on route 22 is getting 5 stars from me is because of their absolutely AMAZING employee Anna. She has the best costumer service skills, she’s attentive, and really gets the job done. My best friend goes there to ship my packages for me and make it the easiest experience ever. She is why we love using that location. FedEx should absolutely give her a raise because of how good she makes the company look. WE LOVE ANNA!!!
